Our server was one of the worst I have ever had. Very slow, unprofessional. I have 3 young kids they can not sit there for 2 hours. I understand it was busy but he didn't even have a personality A personality makes a difference, this is why I asked for Anita!!

This was a late lunch, 1:30 p.m. so it wasn't extremely busy but we were seated, and 5 minutes later the table behind us was seated. Their waiters showed, and ours hadn't gotten to us yet. When our waiter came he took our drink order and our food order because we had a long enough time to look at the menu. He came back to their food and we still haven't gotten our drinks. Unfortunately, he got two of the dinners wrong and was very apologetic and went promptly to fix that. He did bring the correct dinner and gave us the other two that he brought on the house. That was very nice but it was just very awkward. Unfortunately, I don't think this place lives up to the rep.

We arrived a few minutes ahead of time and were promptly seated. Our server, Syndee, greeted us a few minutes later. We had the family style chicken dinner which was great. Syndee showed up in a timely manner with water & refills of various food items. It was a very enjoyable meal.

Always our last stop in Frankenmuth after shopping for Christmas ornaments. Love the chicken dinner with all the fixings! The more adventurous members at the table like to sample the traditional German cuisine. I always leave with a full tummy and some leftovers for lunch the next day. I recommend booking a table in advance they are ALWAYS busy!

Annual family Christmas dinner with my family. Delicious food, we do the family style chicken with all the delicious sides. 3 in our party requiring gluten options, they have a separate GF menu (the chicken caprese was scrumptious). Would highly recommend!

The food was bland and luke warm. The price of the “specialty” drinks was ridiculous $26 for an old fashion made with Makers Mark. The server was clearly at the end of her shift and not very hospitable. I would not go back nor recommend dining here

The Christmas Season is the best time to visit Frankenmuth Bavarian Inn. Having reservations truly helps this time of the year since it is very busy. Checking in for the reservation was simple and quick and though we were a bit early we got seated very quickly. The service was phenomenal as it always is and the food was fantastic as always. Nice to see them bring back their cottage cheese as one of the salad style dishes that comes out with the soup. Of course their Blue Hubbard Squash is in season at the moment and it was delicious. Chicken very hot and juicy and hit the spot! Of course the extra added bonus this time around was that Santa stopped to say hi! As I will always state, no visit to Frankenmuth is complete without a World Famous Chicken Dinner from Bavarian Inn!
