One of the greeters just didn’t seem to care today we had reservations at 2:30 arrived at 2:15 was told they were waiting for the other people to leave then we would be seated. Asked again at 2:45 was told they were still waiting for people to leave. Asked a different greeter at 3:00 she asked if it mattered what room we sat it we asked what the difference was she said decorations we said nope that doesn’t matter. She strayed us right away and apologized for our wait that it shouldn’t have happened. So not sure what the other ladies issue was today but she just seemed to not care that we were now 30min past our reservation time. All she had to do was ask us the same question and maybe we would have been seated earlier.

Waiter was rude, food wasn’t up to par, was first told we didn’t have to check in, we’d get a text only to find out we were supposed to check in, food wasn’t cold, old, and not right.

Our server was one of the worst I have ever had. Very slow, unprofessional. I have 3 young kids they can not sit there for 2 hours. I understand it was busy but he didn't even have a personality A personality makes a difference, this is why I asked for Anita!!

This was a late lunch, 1:30 p.m. so it wasn't extremely busy but we were seated, and 5 minutes later the table behind us was seated. Their waiters showed, and ours hadn't gotten to us yet. When our waiter came he took our drink order and our food order because we had a long enough time to look at the menu. He came back to their food and we still haven't gotten our drinks. Unfortunately, he got two of the dinners wrong and was very apologetic and went promptly to fix that. He did bring the correct dinner and gave us the other two that he brought on the house. That was very nice but it was just very awkward. Unfortunately, I don't think this place lives up to the rep.

We arrived a few minutes ahead of time and were promptly seated. Our server, Syndee, greeted us a few minutes later. We had the family style chicken dinner which was great. Syndee showed up in a timely manner with water & refills of various food items. It was a very enjoyable meal.

Always our last stop in Frankenmuth after shopping for Christmas ornaments. Love the chicken dinner with all the fixings! The more adventurous members at the table like to sample the traditional German cuisine. I always leave with a full tummy and some leftovers for lunch the next day. I recommend booking a table in advance they are ALWAYS busy!

Annual family Christmas dinner with my family. Delicious food, we do the family style chicken with all the delicious sides. 3 in our party requiring gluten options, they have a separate GF menu (the chicken caprese was scrumptious). Would highly recommend!
