Service so so. Had to ask for the higher end meats. The location was difficult to get to. States they have valet parking, they do not. The meat was not seasoned as it normally is. For the cost, I was very disappointed.
Enjoyed the dinner at Fogo as always. Brought a friend who had never experienced a Churrascaria before and she loved it. Service was excellent.
Delicious choices! Service was on point, even if our waitress did go on break without informing us. Do not be afraid to ask for replenishment of the food bar items...they usually get right on it. Enjoyed!👌🏽
Ambiance was great! Hostess was welcoming! Unfortunately, those were the highlights. We didn't have an assigned waiter, so every couple of minutes, someone was coming by asking if we were good. When we did ask for something, we had to ask several times or it was never delivered. For $60 a person, you would also think non alcoholic drinks would be inclusive. After hyping it up to out of town friends and excited about it being our first time, I was sadly disappointed.
Everything was great besides them being out of Prosciutto 😩😩😩!!! Overall still a WONDERFUL dining experience
Made a reservation here for SD Restaurant Week: 10/10 AMAZING experience!!! Came as a party of 4, was presented silverware & plates, open salad bar where they gave each guest disposable gloves for the tongs at the salad bar& sanitizer. Food options came around pretty often & was able to try a wide variety of what was on the menu. Mid-meal our silverware, plates, and napkins were changed out without even asking! And bread / water refills were constantly being checked. Our server(s) were super attentive & did a lot of things for our dining experience without having to be asked.
By far the best service and food I’ve had at this kind of restaurant despite them being busy for restaurant week :)
My first time to Brazilian steak place, nothing to compare with. Overall it was really good.
The only complaint is they put bottles of water at your table without asking you we thought it was free jus in a bottle and wen we got the bill they charged us for that otherwise the food was good
The restaurant was busy, they obviously took in more people than they could handle. There was long gaps between servings and basic needs were forgotten (plates, water refills, dessert orders). Left unsatisfied and paid over $400.

Delicious dinner, soooo much food that we really could not try everything. Worth the value and experience for a steakhouse.
It WAS fun tasting a little of everything from the salad bar to the meat selection- 16 types of meats! And the grilled pineapple was great too.

We had a party of 11 including 2 kids in high chairs we were taken to our table 20 minutes after our reservation time and then asked to go back outside because the table was not in a good location for our party. 20 minutes later we were taken to our new table which was the original table no changes were made. The main waiter was very nice, but the gauchos serving the meat would come to our table service half the table then leave and they didn’t return for some time. When we would tell them that the pith end of the table wanted the meat they would said ill be back which made no sense because their skewer was full. This happened multiple time la throughout our dinning experience. For such a large party I would have expected much better service. We were disappointed to find out that 3 of our kids didn’t get enough to eat because our table kept getting passed up. The last thing I want to hear from my kids after spending $600.00 plus on dinner is that they didn’t get enough because of poor service.
We were all very surprised at the service because we had been to this restaurant about 2 years ago and every aspect of our experience was amazing during the visit.

Outstanding food and great seevice
We went on Friday night (4/9/2021) our reservation time is 7:30 and the restaurant seems kind over booked. We wait to be seat after 45mins. There’s no social distance in the restaurant and the tables are close to another. The food is average. Service is good, but overall they are too over booked for this kind special pandemic time.
It's concerning to learn that social distancing wasn't in place, especially during these unprecedented times. We appreciate the feedback, and we hope you don't allow this to keep you from visiting us again.
We told the server we were there to celebrate a birthday, but the staff didn’t seem to care. I had to get up and ask for refills on our drinks because the server didn’t check on us.
Haven't been to many Fogo locations throughout the country, this is one "interesting" experience. First time have to eat on the street, 1st-time have to specifically ask for high quality meats to come out, 1st time got their whisky cart on the street curb, 1st time have to get their manager to come out and fix the service issue. Nevertheless after the manager did her job, it was great!
We had our leadership team out for dinner and we got the tomahawk steak and the full experience was completely worth it! We had some really great wine from South America and topped it off with the cheesecake and chocolate lava cake. I highly recommend this place

Easter dinner with mom. First experience here, however I’ve been to other Brazilian eateries. Our server was attentive to my and elderly mother’s needs (hot water in lieu of ice water).
Our intimate party of two became four when two other family members wanted to join us however arrived closer to 8pm (near 9pm closing) I think. They did not receive as many options or cut of meat, and they meat was more rare/raw than rare, however they prefer meat more on the raw/rare side so they enjoyed. Only negative was selections/options. I told them to get the lamb chops and our server ensured they got some. Tip: you can ASK the server and then the meat servers will come to your table.
Mom and I tasted plenty of meats, bacon wrapped steak, garlic steak, sirloin, but it was the lamb chops that were superb! The buffet of sides were plentiful for us (traditional items that were fresh and had plenty of flavor).
The side of garlic mashed potatoes, bananas and fried polenta were a nice surprise. It’s AYCE (All You Can Eat) which means all the MEAT you can eat (including chicken, but we skipped that) and sides for $60 per person. That is about the price of eating at a local steak house but you get variety which I like.
Very Covid compliant, roped off area so it only allowed for one person at a time, the distance from person to person or group to group at buffet with sanitation to start, gloves for making your selections at the buffet area, trash can at the end of the buffet then back to our corner seat in the back room so it was more private. Last, the restaurant manager asked if everything was to our likely which is always a nice touch.
NEGATIVE: I realize you are unable to take any leftover food to go, however rather than the restaurant throwing it away, I feel if there was enough on my 85 year old mother’s salad size plate that she could not finish (eyes bigger than stomach) that she can take home. I cannot imagine nor imagine how much food is wasted here, and in the US.
First and only time to the restaurant and the Brazilian Steakhouse concept. Not what we expected overall.

Extremely crowded, sat in hallway of entrance. Realize COVID times but way overbooked. Had to ask multiple times for food service as multiple times we were bypassed by the waiters bringing food to table for carving. Never had this experience in any Fogo and we have been to many around the country. Probably the worse one I have experienced out of about 10 different Fogos. Would not recommend and will not return. Sad since the concept and food are fun.

What could be better than meet cut with a sword at your table?! Food was great. Service wasn’t as great as it had been in the past so I don’t know what was up with that but overall a good time was head by all
Not the same experience we have had in prior occasions. Meat selections are very limited, outdoor service is spotty, and I had to ask for the same thing (refill) multiple times. Save your money and wait until they truly are open.
You should always be enjoying the amazing dining experiences you have come to know and love, so we're disappointed to hear we missed the mark. We cannot wait to deliver you a better time in the future.
I was not impressed... over salted meats, slow service coming to a table with meats that was behind a wall, fried vegetables should at least be warm.... not freezing. Finished my cold plate before first round of meats arrived The filet mignon was the only highlight but it came after I was already stuffed.
Your entire meal should hit the spot and be cooked to perfection, so we're disappointed to hear your plate was served cold. Please don't allow this to keep you away, as we'd love to make this up to you.
I went for my birthday and we loved everything but the hot bread that they serve is soooo good! Definitely will be coming back.

Very long wait even with reservations still about 25 minutes before getting seated. But once we got in, everything was excellent! Food is amazing and service was wonderful. Very filling carnivorous meal, will leave you satisfied and full to the gills!

First, the staff were super wonderful!! They were attentive and very friendly.
The food on the other hand came really short. Nothing worse than under seasoned meat! I received a few pieces where the middle portion of the meat was still raw. Staff were quick to remedy. The sides were uninspired, old and drenched. $60 not well spent.
Though disappointing, the great staff made up for the food quality. I hope they are appreciated and treated well because they have earned it!
