Waiter offered us a menu option that was far too much food for two people. We thought he was suggesting the expected a la carte menu. We ended up paying $200 in addition to the $60 per person, only realizing we had ordered a personal steak (meant for parties more than 4) after we had already eaten much of the buffet.

Immediately seated, instant service from the very beginning. Staff was friendly and helpful. And food was delicious. Their house drink was amazing and overall the setting was exactly what my wife and I wanted.

This place is run by a “CHEAP” Managment
They’re hoarding the food.
Very unpleasant experience
They kept bringing top sirloin and other lower cost meats while we’re asking for ribeyes, filet mignon and lamb chops.
The waiter kept playing the 7 minutes game with us, while betting that we will get full and won’t ask for the premium cuts that we were charged for.
This is our last time eating at this Cheap-run place, i hope these liar waiters keep their job for longer.
We paid what you asked for Give us what we paid for.
I had to ask for the restaurant manager and tell her that this was not right, two minutes later everyone showed up with the ribs and the filets, and the stuff we paid for.
Manager was awesome
But...
Not a good place to enjoy anymore!

Lunch was phenomenal!!! Our lead server( a young lady) was really attentive and took great care of us. We will definitely be back soon!!! Tres Leches was a nice way to finish a really nice lunch!!! Thanks again Fogo

My main objection to this dining experience is that when the waitress came around with offerings from the market table there was no shrimp and smoked salmon. I also was repelled by one of the hostesses at the desk picking her teeth with a toothpick. The food was delicious as always but I do have these complaints

I have been to Fogo de Chao before the pandemic and it was perfection. This experience was disappointing. The meats were extremely chewy and some dry. They are not carved at the table most likely because of the pandemic. The carving may have been the cause for the tough chewy textures. Every meat except for the lamp breast.

Service was great at this location. I know this is a harder concept to execute during Covid but they did a good job bringing around the meats but I think we missed out on some of the salad bar offerings. Staff offered to bring us different meats which was nice. I didn't recall seeing a bartender and all of the cocktails we ordered were bad, unbalanced and very very sweet, seems like maybe they were made by other staff and not a bartender. For the price of the cocktails I was really disappointed. Otherwise it was nice dinner.

I have gone to the other Brazilian restaurant on 4th street 3 times so figured i would try this one. (FYI, love the other one.)
No sea food unless you pay extra for a shrimp cocktail, the waitress were walking around trying to sell them like a shot girl at a bar. (the other place has crab legs)
Salad bar had almost nothing and the meat and cheese selection was not good at all. 2 cheese and 3 meats I believe. The other place has a lot of hot foods on the salad bar also.
The first tray of meat they gave us was dry chicken and sausage that was extremely dry also, we did not eat any of it. Most of the other meat was over cooked.
So 2 dinners 3 glass (11$ each) of wine was $166 I believe with tip almost 200$.
I did like the Rib-eye steak, that was really about it.
All and all I do not think this place compares and was very unsatisfied with my birthday dinner.

I had only eaten at Fogo de Chao one other time - in Houston. And I remembered the meats to be very flavorful, tender and delicious and the salad bar to be spectacular! This experience paled in comparison. The meats were mostly average - some a bit tough.

The items from the salad bar were very underwhelming.

Maybe Covid has forced them to change their concept to the point where it really doesn’t even make sense anymore.

Personally, next time I will go to a 5 star steakhouse and settle on a nice filet - I think the value will be much better and the quality more suitable for the price.

Delightful birthday celebration was perfect. This was our first time at this restaurant. I have two picky eaters and wasn't certain how it would go, but they had a great time trying new foods and tastes. The wait staff were prompt and very attentive. It was a beautiful evening!

Had an 8pm reservation, didn’t get seated until 8:45ish. Food was good, had 3 plates of mashed potatoes & potatoe salad, some ceasar salad, some polenta and then some bacon wrapped meats...by the time the good stuff came around such as lamb chops, ribeye etc.. we we’re all full off the “salad bar” or more less all the potatoes that we’re served. Food & service have gone down.

Food was great as always but our server was really rude and the men passing out the meats were incredibly rude! They would pass our table plenty of times and never offered us the meat, and when they did they would roll their eyes at us and toss the steak, lamb or whatever it may be onto our plates and gave us 3-4 of the same pieces and said “here is that enough for you?!”. The server took our drink order and scoffed at our choices and rudely said “that’s it?” then proceeded to roll her eyes and walk away and we didn’t receive our drinks for about 15-20 minutes. The server we had was an older woman the dark hair and the guy passing out the different meat has a forearm tattoo that had red coloring i believe.. if we ever decide to come back after this rude service i would most definitely NOT WANT THEM NEAR MY TABLE!

We like to dine at Fargo de Chao for a good quality meal. We were somewhat disappointed with the salad this time it was dry and pretty tasteless plus we weren’t able to visit the salad bar and fix our own salads like were used to doing.

The pandemic does not stop this place from delivering A+ quality service. Came in on a Wednesday night with my family of four and the staff was accommodating and friendly from start to finish. The food was excellent and staff approached our table practically every 60 seconds to offer different meats and sides. Looking forward to coming back soon.

I usually go to Fogo De Chao up in LA, I live here and I decided to try the location here, they didn’t serve nearly as many sides or meats as the other locations and did not get my money’s worth of the experience!

This dining experience was more of a let down than 2020 as a whole. I understand that there are special circumstances and restrictions due to covid, but basic service shouldn’t be sacrificed.

We were celebrating a special occasion and this turned into a very special complete waste of money. We’ve both been to Fogo several times, so it was a no brainer to come here to celebrate. This is not the same place and we won’t be back. As a corporate restaurant, you’d think they would atleast be able to maintain basic standards to reopen.

We were “greeted” w/ some bread and a server placing a scan code menu on the table which we were told to browse. Thirty minutes later after being served meat which I’m almost positive was beef jerky, we still weren’t asked if we’d like any drinks or if we’d like to order anything at all for that matter. We had to flag down a different person each time to ask for something. Didn’t get offered any filet and the meat was extremely sub par. We had to shockingly flag someone else down to request a check, and what do you know, over $200. Same price as before, completely different experience.

Do not come here. Do not waste your money. At least not until they can provide the same quality experience. Listen, we get changes need to be made due to covid, but at-least make the food and service commensurate to the price.

What a complete waste of money and time.

When I called to make reservations I was told that the full experience was available. Once I got there on time for my reservation I had to wait about 10 minutes for a table. I was sat in the private diningroom. I was starting to go up to the buffet and the server told me I couldn't help myself (which was okay but why was I told it was available when I called)? This is when I felt like I wanted to leave. The servers came around with the same over cooked meats and most of the time they walked right by my table like I wasn't even there. Had to ask three times for a refill on my ice tea. Over all just a terrible experience. I got my check and paid with my card and chose the option for my receipt to be delivered to my table. I waited another 10 minutes for that until I got tired of waiting. I told my server that I was waiting for my receipt to be delivered and she said that that option wasn't working. Then why have it as an option if it wasn't working. 70.00 later I left annoyed and hungry.

Great experience overall, even with all the COVID regulations. Even though we made reservations and were on time, we still had to wait 15-20 min. Hostess was very polite and friendly. We were checked on frequently, and the bartender personally came around recommending drinks and favorites. Had an amazing cocktail that he made - it was the house special. It was perfection and I’m not a big drinker but I almost had two. Outdoor dining has its challenges. Had several homeless people walk through while dining. Some would stop and try to ask for stuff. Staff helped when asked but did not outrightly address them. It was a good experience but not enough for me to come back a second time. Not even with COVID restrictions lifted. Even though we stated we were celebrating a birthday, they didn’t do anything to address the occasion. Although we saw a few other birthday desserts go out. Oh well.
