Caro y no hay variedad de cortes
Es preocupante escuchar esto, ya que nuestros cortes siempre deben estar circulando para garantizar que reciba todos los cortes que desee. Esperamos que lo reconsidere y nos conceda una segunda oportunidad en el futuro.

Mi reservación era a las 8:15 PM llegue puntual, pero me dieron 8:45 PM esperando y no me pasaban a mi mesa tuve que irme del restaurante. Y no pude cenar en otro lugar.
Carne seca, recalentada, y no dieron los buenos cortes
Los meseros no estaban atentos a los comensales
La carne no la ofrecían
El servicio muy lento
Los gerentes jamas se aparecieron en el area que nos dieron la mesa

Decidimos cenar ahí para pasar un buen rato en familia y pasar la cena de fin de año 2017-1018 Nos explicaron hasta el final que la cocina se había incendiado y que por eso el servicio fue tan malo en el bufete y en las espadas (carnes)
El motivo de mi queja es porque no nos lo comentan y yo sabré decidir si me quedo o no! Me cobraron normal pero el Servico y la comida estuvieron pésimos! (muy Malos)
Un poco lento en la recepción a pesar de haber contado con reservación el servicio bueno pero te quieren correr pronto

Bien el lugar un ambiente cálido, aun que no tenían toda la variedad de espadas cumplió con lo establecido, el sabor perfecto.
Excelente lugar mi corte preferido es la Picaña al ajo.
Love Fogo. Went there at LA, Portland which were great but San Diego one was not good.
Food was extra salty, we had to request to get the meat coming at our table, not all variety was offered to us, super busy with tables too close to each other and, finally, despite I informed in the reservation it was for our birth-days nothing happened (free desert, discount or simply « congratulation »)
Won’t go this Fogo any more. Bad experience.
Our server was inattentive he never checked on us . We had to ask other servers to assist .
My wife wanted to go to a Brazilian steakhouse since I had shared with her my experience in Rio de Janeiro. This was the first one to pop up so we reserved a table and went. The food was good (chicken was dry, but oh well), service was great and we definitely left will return. I know where I will be taking guests when they come to visit me from out of town for a great dining experience. Thank you

They wouldn’t seat us until the majority of our party was there even though we had a reservation. Didn’t make sense. We couldn’t understand our server. Food was great, though.

When I requested well done never came out, only reason why I went back to give them another chance and didn't go well!

1. My martini took 20 minutes to arrive.
2. The salad bar was very good.
3. During the Brazilian steakhouse meat-serving experience we were offered one type of meat that smelled bad and seemed off.
4. They were awfully quick to bring the bill while we were still finishing (after only an hour).
5. When we ordered coffee after that it was lukewarm at best.
6. Their military discount was only 10% (it's 20% at Texas de Brazil), and the waiter applied it only to one of our meals until we all pulled out our military IDs.
All in all, not a bad meal, but not exceptional, and not worth the $60 per person.

My husband and I came here for our 8 year anniversary for Sunday Brunch. They had an omelette and waffle station in addition to all the normal offerings. Food is AMAZING and the service was great.
We had horrible service. Had to constantly ask for any meat to be brought to the table. The servers were obviously ignoring our table and would only come by with chicken. We spent over 300$ and got 4 servings of red meat. I expected more from this place. Being ignored at an establishment where you are spending at least 50 per person I expect exceptional service and definitely do not want to be ignored.

This was a friends Anniversary. I have an issue with reservations at 10:15 yet feeling that I’m being kicked out because you close at 10:30…..
I asked for more of items that were not available because you closed when you still have people in the restaurant. This was a special occasion for some friends that came from out of town. Yet we where rushed because you where ready to go home?? Why have reservations at 10:15? If you can’t get the full experience and your paying the same amount. Bottom line I felt kicked out…

Our reservation was at 915, we were told to wait while they got our table ready. As we watched other parties of 2 be sat and then a party of 18, we felt the hostess decided to give her two friends that were sitting at the bar a table before us after we waited until almost 950. We both work in the industry so we understood the long wait at a popular place on a Saturday night but the hostess attitude was unacceptable. She was rude and short with people inquiring about checking in or asking a simple question. I watched twice as a gentleman came from Inside to ask her a question, but instead she was in the bar talking to her friends. Once we finally sat we received the table in the front facing the door, what was the point of making a reservation if that’s how we were to be treated? Well we made due and didn’t complain, but our server seemed more interested in going on break and doing her side work than checkin on us, we ordered still water but she brought us sparkling, also fine but that just goes to show how attentive she was at listening. For a first time visit I’d have to say that was the absolute worst dining experience I have ever had safe to say we won’t be back.

Not sure if our experience was the new normal but this place was insanely busy. So busy the bar was so back up it took 10-15 to get cocktails. Also the salad bar looked like it hasn’t been refreshed and many dishes were either empty or nearly so. I also had to ask for the meats to sent out way as only one gaucho had come by with flank steak multiple times. Though once asked they all came at once! Garlic steak, Picanha, ribeye, ribs, filet, all the meats and they were amazing! The squeaky wheel got all the grease so to speak.
Will definitely go back, food was good, service good (aside from the backed up bar) and overall great value.
So first of all this place seemed really good, great
For big families like 5 or more. We went to celebrate just getting married ! Our server was amazing.
Since it was our first time our server explained how it all worked. She was super sweet I think her name was Maria, young gal cute raspy voice. Great server! And all her team as well.
But when it came down to the food it is basically buffet style. And everything was cold food. And way higher prices. I guess your paying for the experience when they come around with the meat sticks and slice it in front you. But t me. I just got grossed out by all of it. That’s I much cold food like salad , cold beet and potatoes salad cold asparagus cold everything at the round buffet bar.
Then when your seated is when they give you a double sided green and red coaster for the meat to come around. Red is skip us. Green yes for meats. It looked tasty but to me it was just. Ok.
The husband agreed and I do have to say the mashed potatoes where the best though. And just a regular salad.
And they have patron being walked around which I thought was interesting.
I just checked and I think they totally gave us the wrong check or however it’s documented on open table it was $377. We spent only $260ish.
Anyways. We wouldn’t personally come back it’s not our style.
