A wee bit pricey but the lamb and picanha are to die for! Excellent caipirinha and pao de queijo. Wonderfully attentive service.

Fantastic restaurant and they have all safety precautions in place. Despite social distancing it was a nice change of pace. Staff was professional and attentive. Definitely will be back!
First day open in this brave new world and they did an amazing job. Aside from not being able to retrieve salad bar items personally, the experience was essentially the same as pre-COVID. We’ll be back again!

Best experience ever. I enjoyed every part of my visit. The service was impeccable from the time I walked in until I left. Every cut of meat was delicious and just kept coming. My pineapple mint lemonade was soooo scrumptious. It's my new favorite drink. I will definitely be back for another visit. Especially for the lemonade.
service was very uneven. a couple people were excellent, a couple were not good. downtown site is much better.

We got great service the first half of our experience and then we were completely ignored for the last half of the experience. It was my son’s bday and he was told that he’d get a free dessert and no one ever came back (over 20 minutes). We finally went to find our waiter and he brought the check but never asked if we were interested in dessert. Spending over $700 for 9 is acceptable for a birthday dinner, but NOT acceptable for such poor service. We were very disappointed!!!

We waited for the meats to come our way for at least 10 mins. We would have to get someone to have the servers come our way. Our server alao didn't come much which also made it hard for us to get anything.
1- to have a kids menu
2- to have better options on the bar menu

This was my second visit in a week. The service was very slow and it took forever to get meat. It was very disappointing and I do not plan on going back to this location.

It's more crowded than the other locations, the food was either under or over salted and something happened where we had no one offer any meat for over 20 minutes, which was very disappointing.

Wonderful experience but the staff could have cleared the table of items more frequently without us requesting.
Server forgot it was our birthday after asking if we were celebrating anything
Did not get bananas, had to ask. When wanting a replenishment, waited 30 minutes. Server Keith was just ok. If you order just one type of steak, you should be told how it works. My wife waited 2 rotations before we knew the process. We were waiting for a steak to come out of the kitchen. It didn’t matter because she didn’t have a plate anyways. Good thing we were sitting by the salad bar so I could just grab one there.
Our guests should never have to repeatedly ask for your something, as we should always be on-top of everything during your visit. We apologize for these inconveniences, and we hope you allow us the chance to make this up to you on a future visit.

Today was the worse service that I have ever received. It was my son’s birthday and we had to flag down the server multiple times for everything, water, silverware etc I will never go back to this restaurant. When I spend over twenty dollars for a meal, my expectations is that the service will match the prices.
Your experience should always be top-notch, so it's disheartening to hear you feel we didn't meet this. If you are ever up for it, you are more than welcome to visit us again.
The food on the buffet was very good and well kept up and fresh. The all u can eat meat was wonderful. And the service was excellent managers were attentive and receptive and practiced great customer service.
We will go back.
In the past I have been a fan of Fogo, however this might be my last dinner at this location. First of all, the meat, which is the feature of the restaurant, was neither salted nor brined. As a result, it was fairly tasteless, and the outer crust, which is usually crisp and tasty, was actually soft and fatty. Second, I was overcharged. A member of my party originally ordered the meat and then changed to the cauliflower steak, which never came-- despite reminding the server twice. Neither item was removed from my bill. Unfortunately, I did not review the bill before paying, and therefore did not catch this error until I arrived home. Overall, this dining experience was extremely disappointing.

The food and personnel were exceptional. We had four hard-of-hearing people at the table making conversation a challenge. Two of decided three seek hearing aids. All of us are looking forward to many future visits.
We were very disappointed in the quality of the meats we were served. They never came around with the higher cuts of beef such as rib eye or filet. Later a friend told us you "need to ask" for those cuts or they don't come around which is a "bait and switch" tactic. All the cuts of beef, including rib eye and filet are included in the "all you can eat",,,so we will not be going back.
The customer service manager, Krista Wilheim, keeps this place running and she is an invaluable asset to your company.

Very satisfied this time the first time my family and I went It was at 8:30 at night and I feel like the food was cold and it was meat they been serving all day but this time we went at noon for lunch and the food was wonderful

This was a nice night out, but not something I will do regularly. The service was good and I generally had more meat coming than I could keep up with which was good. There were some very nice cuts of meat (filet mignon & bacon-wrapped filet mignon, chicken, and ribs were quite good) but a few that had more gristle than I would have expected (picanha) or just not a good recipe in my opinion (parmesan-crusted pork - super salty and tough). I can't quite say it was worth the cost for the actual food, but I think you pay somewhat for the experience which was nice, but not worth paying for on a regular basis for me. It is a nice night out if you want to impress with the atmosphere and tableside service and have numerous options.
I have frequented the locations in Tyson’s Corner Virginia, and Washington DC. I decided to visit the Bethesda location since it is closer to my home. Unfortunately it just wasn’t what I expected. Upon arrival, it took 15 minutes for us to get water with lemon, and when we received it we got the bottled water when we asked for regular tap water. It was also not clear who our waiter/waitress was so we continuously found ourselves asking others for assistance. Just not the level of service I expected after receiving great service at other locations.

The food was amazing but I had to ask multiple waiters to finally get sides and water refills.
We love the Brazilian steakhouse experience and they do an excellent job of it there. The only thing we didn’t appreciate this go around were the people walking around ambiguously offering you additional cost al la cart options (shrimp cocktails, specialty drinks, shots). One of them was about to put the shrimp on our table and didn’t explain that they were $21 until I asked him. Very strange, you have a menu, I will order off it, please don’t continue this practice it was very off putting.
I’ve been to the Baltimore location several times and loved it. My date lives closer to the Bethesda location so we went there...deeply disappointed. The wait between meats was pretty lengthy, I asked for medium & he asked for medium rare & several times we received RARE and well done smh. There were servers going around pushing their drink specials & shrimp cocktail specials alllll niiiight, super annoying. The servers were attentive and 2 managers stopped by to check on us, so that was nice. They forgot to give us our complimentary meal coupon for a return visit, we had to ask for it, which sucks because they should automatically put it in the bill book w/the check. Overall I have absolutely no plans or desire to return to the Bethesda location, 1 & done. I’ll stick w/Baltimore or try the DC or Tysons locations.

I had to keep asking for our drinks, and side orders, meat was cold at times and so was the restaurant temperature. I was so disappointed.
I loved the layout of the restaurant and our seat next to the window. One of our waiter’s was a young man named Milton and he made suggestions that made our first time at the restaurant wonderful. The every staff member we came into contact with were professional and friendly. We had a great time and will be returning soon. Plus, we shared our dining experience with family and friends!
My husband and I love it here. Leslie always makes us feel at home. She is awesome. We definitely recommend this place 100%.
