   Definetly worth the try, especially if you are a protein lover. The buffet/salad line is much more than that, many very tasty and fun items. Not cheap, but in my opinion very worth the value. The staff is very attentive, helpful and friendly..5 stars there, that is important to me. All in All 4+ with a few adjustments a 5 Star for Elk Grove for sure.

   The customer service was exceptional. All staff was very kind and attentive. So much food!!!! We loved our anniversary dinner 🥰

   I am a returning customer since they have changed over to a Brazilian Steakhouse. Tonight my family and I came for my cousins birthday and they gave her a complimentary dessert. Which was nice of them. I am very big on customer service. I really love the service here. The waiters and waitresses are very attentive but not pushy. You do not feel rushed. Which I appreciate since I am a paying customer. The gauchos are always polite and very friendly. I always look forward to returning because the food is excellent and every one smiles. As we were leaving the manager opened the door for my family and I. Just an overall good experience.

   This place was like a hole in the wall. Food was great! Service was great! I really liked how it’s small. They can pay a lot of attention to you, and it has a home-y feel to it. You’re able to request certain meats that you liked. I thought that was neat. Sides were also amazing. Will definitely come back!

   Small place , meat on skewer were salty , our waitresses just not on point poorly explained how the menu worked red and green labels. No mixed drinks only mocktails at best there was a sangria . Place is small more like a bistro not a restaurant which you kinda feel rushed as they are always asking if they can clear the plates . For what we paid for two people including tip $180 we will not be coming back and that’s how restaurants fold and go out of business .

   Food was outstanding. Service at the beginning was great, but went downhill towards the end of our dining experience. We had to talk to two different people to get our bill and before that the food service declined.

   A Must-Visit! I dined at Fogão Gaúcho often, and it’s an incredible experience! The warm atmosphere set the stage for the star of the show: the Brazilian rodizio featuring **12 to 15 fire-roasted cuts of meat** served tableside, all perfectly grilled and bursting with flavor. The delicious sides, including grilled vegetables and rice, paired perfectly with the meats, and the fine wine selection was a great touch. The service was exceptional, making us feel right at home. It’s the perfect spot to celebrate with family and friends. I highly recommend Fogão Gaúcho for authentic Brazilian cuisine—we'll definitely be back!

   Food was phenominal, it all came out in bunches. We wouldnt see anything for 10 minutes and then wed get bombarded with 6 things all at once. Would not recommend the key lime pie, but they were out of the creme brulee, tres leches, flan, and coffee for the affogatos so it was one of the last options. Sangria was delicious and one glass gave me a little buzz!

    Great idea on elk grove. Beans were very salty, meat no seasoning, too much char on the meat, and a lot of it was over cooked. Gaucho's need to come more frequently and with different cuts of meat. The meat say so long it continued to cook and burn. Not very flavorful or tender. Servers were great and attentive.
