   Went to Floriana's for the first time to celebrate an anniversary. Overall the experience was excellent. We got to sit on a balcony, in the shade, with a view of the river, and people watch. Always fun! The menu was varied with lots of good choices. My only recommendation would be to add a non-dairy dessert for those of us who are lactose intolerant and like something a little sweet at the end and don't want to resort to liquid dessert, which I did. The expresso martini was amazing!

   It was our first time there and we really enjoyed ourselves.. the food was good. Our waiter Chris (who was excellent in all aspects) told us it was a new menu. Appetizers we had the mussels and brussel sprouts (both very good). Entrees we had; the pork chop which was kinda bland nothing special but adequate. I had a sea food type stew in a tomato type sauce. The sauce was bland. The shrimp and mussels within it were good but the fish (which I believe were pieces of halibut was ok, not much flavor. We had a serving of 2 cannoli’s which was ok.. the place was nice and the food was good… overall we had a nice time. The cost was what we expected.

   Great location in downtown Wilmington. The foos was excellent and the service was great

   This was my first visit to this restaurant and everything was wonderful. The food was terrific. The service was outstanding. We were not rushed through our meal. Each course came out with enough time to finish it and enjoy before the next course came out would definitely return.

   Good food, good service and the balcony adds just enough uniqueness to make this place my go to restaurant when in Wilmington.

   this place was amazing from the hostess to our server team, everyone just did an excellent job. We were celebrating our anniversary and they made us feel special and provided a wonderful dining experience I won't soon forget. Also they topped things off for us by seating us on one of the balcony tables for two, just beautiful can't say enough good about the place, the service and the food.

   My wife's family is from northern Italy and can confirm the food here is truly authentic fare. Would definitely recommend on all fronts. Fantastic!

   We made a quick trip to Wilmington to visit a friend and made a reservation at Floriana where we have had previous great dining experiences. This time did not disappoint. We were early for our reservation, because of the rain, so we sat at the bar and had a glass of wine. Jon was the bartender and he was very engaging. He made us feel right at home. We were then seated upstairs and our server was Danielle who was wonderful despite being very busy. We know that the portions at Floriana can be quite large so we decided to split 3 items between the 2 of us. We started with the Gnocchi with sundried-tomato pecan pesto, cream which was very good. We then followed that with the Caesar Salad which may have been the best that my wife and I have ever had. We finished with the Sunday Gravy with pork belly, short rib, sausage, pomodoro sauce, paccheri, and ricotta. The Sunday Gravy was outstanding. Those 3 dishes were just the right amount of food to split for the 2 of us. No leftovers which was good since we were staying in a nice boutique hotel not far away. This was our 3rd wonderful experience at Floriana. We will definitely be visiting again the next time we are in Wilmington.
