    We enjoy Firebirds and have eaten at two locations. Both were enjoyable. I am gluten-free, and there are many choices for me. Woohoo!

    My Husband purchased the soup and it was cold. The NY STRIP was cold. Took long time to get the bread. Our friend asked for A-1 and never got it. She ended up taking g her steak home with A-1 poured on it. The baked potato was good. We were happy about that. The server didn’t seem happy. No smiling…seemed angry, maybe because my appetite has decreased and we shared the meal, but we tip according to service and a smile. Don’t know why it would have mattered if we shared. We always try to engage our servers, but he was definitely not in the mood! Very disappointed this time. Normally we’re very pleased with Firebirds, and I don’t like posting bad reviews, but this time I feel it’s warranted. It’s not cheap to eat at firebirds. We also ordered drinks which aren’t cheap either!

    Our service was amazing our food was so so, honestly for the price tag I was expecting better tasting food. My husband picked this restaurant for his birthday so overall I’m very pleased we had a wonderful time.

    We had a family get together at Firebirds and was very happy with the food and the service. The only thing we could complain about was the noise, and there was nothing anyone could do about it. It was a Friday night, and they were really busy. I recommend making reservations which we did; we got in immediately. We enjoyed our time there and would highly recommend to friends.

    First time dinner with friends. Elegant and aprés ski lodge atmosphere with an impressive bar. Nice crowd. Timely seating and ordering. The food was well presented, prepared as requested and delicious. Service wise, all started well, pleasant, friendly and informed. Upon ordering a second glass of wine, it took 25 minutes to receive it, even after a second reminder. My meal was completed by that time. Multiple reminders for containers to take home leftovers were issued. Not sure the issues with the fall off of service, but our group noticed it, and we're an easy group. Gave it a try, but not at all excited or compelled to return.

    We had a group of 10. With the open table reservation we were seated promptly. Chris our server was excellent. Food was great. It seemed everyone was happy with the experience. It was my suggestion so I am grateful!!!
