    The food is decent and the service was really good/ attentive. But, the food quality is most definitely NOT worth the cost; food is very overpriced.

    The food was good; the service could be better. Our drinks arrived too late; one of my friends did not get his drink until later, and the bread was served after we got our entree.

    I have been eating at FB’s for years and have never had a bad experience until now. The food was below average, the service was chaotic and incredibly slow. At one point Mgmt came over and offered to make the meal right and…it never came. He even passed our table several times and never even acknowledged us. We were kind to the server and left a good tip but we will never, ever go back. Terrible experience!

    I had the NY Strip it was extremely bland and undercooked. Philly cheese steak egg rolls were delicious

    The food was amazing HOWEVER service was super slow… it was a Saturday night but the restaurant was not THAT busy for our service to be as slow as it was

    We had a group of 7 with an Open Table confirmed time. We arrived on time but the table wasn't ready. The occupancy at the time might have been 30%. Once seated we sat for 10 minutes since nobody wanted to wait on our table. Finally one of the servers volunteered since she had no other tables? We ordered drinks and waited at least 15 minutes. Only three adult drinks. How hard is it to poor 3 8 oz wines. The bartended had one patron at the bar? We ordered food while we waited for drinks. At one point we thought the food might come before the drinks. The drinks arrived just before the seven dinners. We had ordered salads that never came to the table? The server was very courteous and apologetic. The issue was her support team. The manager was no where in sight! Very poor overall experience. It will be awhile before our group returns.
