    The staff is alway kind and exactly what you need! Our waitress was there when we needed kept our drinks refilled and was extremely polite. The food is alway fantastic! We love firebirds to much it has become our special occasion place for our family to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries and other special days!

    This was our second visit to Firebirds. We were seated on the enclosed patio, near the fireplace. Despite that, I was cold. The noise level was wonderful as there weren’t many others out there. The food was amazing! I got the Chilean sea bass and my husband got the lobster. We were both very pleased with our selections. My husband’s Bloody Mary was delicious and my J Lohr Cab was excellent. The dinner was expensive, but what isn’t these days? We will go back again.

    We love this place. I go with a group of friends. The service is great. Food is tasty, plentiful, and served promptly. We can hear each other, which is often difficult in restaurants.

    Firebirds has become my favorite restaurant in Knoxville. The only downside is that they don’t offer the Bananas Foster Bread Pudding year-round.

    One steak was overcooked. Both steaks were dry with little flavor. Our server did not come back to check on the food until our meal was over.

    food was amazing as always! the food was flavorful and cooked to perfection. the pricing is super reasonable and the portions are generous. the staff is always welcoming and friendly. a great spot for a nice dinner on the town.

    Very enjoyed and relaxing as usual. I enjoy the coupons they send me because it makes it easier to be able to eat there since it is a more expensive restaurant to eat at.
