The food was not good. The burger had no taste, and everything was extremely overpriced

Overall the food taste & temperature were excellent. Service was very good. Prices are on the high side. Not as expensive as a top tier steakhouse, but high for a casual restaurant. The biggest issue on price is the up charge for a side salad or soup. $7.50 is high to begin with. When my friend got his Caesar salad, it was a half filled bowl. This would maybe be $3-$4 at most other restaurants. We realize prices are higher these days, but this was gouging & just one example.

Not good! This restaurant used to be great, always needed a reservation any day of the week. We have not been there in a while and decided to go since we loved it. When we arrived there were many empty tables which was very unusual. My husband ordered a filet mignon which was good. I ordered a steak tenderloin salad that had pieces of fatty steak which were inedible. I told the waitress about the salad and she took it off the check with a smile. Not once did the manager come over. Seemed like this was something they were used to. Seems to me the food quality has gone downhill as with many restaurants to cut costs. Very disappointed. 100.00 for wine, appetizer and one entree.

Wine and prime rib. Wine at 1/2 price fine, prime rib overcooked, did not even look like prime rib, mashed potatoes cold. Wine was sufficiently chilled though… we are not likely to return!

Great food and awesome service. The cheeseburger was perfectly cooked. The BLT salad is my favorite.

We were there to celebrate anniversaries, one couple from Fairfax and one from Richmond. We were greeted with champagne and then a sweet surprise dessert at the end of our meal. We felt very special. Diego was a great server and the food was delicious as always. We will return. Thank you for a special celebration lunch.

We looked forward to a return to Firebirds after many years. My wife ordered her all time favorite, prime rib. When it arrived at the table it looked delicious. A good size portion and cooked perfectly. After her first bite, she spit it out. The meat was rancid and smelled terrible. It was returned without question and when the manager arrived we told him how bad it was. He asked what can I get you and my wife replied, a glass of wine. He did, but we paid for it. No empathy for our situation, very disappointing evening.
