I think Firebirds is great. Love the woody smell when you walk in. We enjoy sitting at the bar as it seems to be the most lively. Sometimes it's nice to be able to strike up a conversation with the people around you. Drinks were great and fairly priced. Alexis at the bar was darling. Very attentive and authentic. We liked that she struck up a conversation and was engaging. Definitely added to the entire experience. We enjoyed being served by her. Food, for me, was excellent! The baked potato is the best in the city. We like Firebirds for when we really can't figure out where else to go. It's very consistent.

My boyfriend and I went there for a date night and absolutely enjoyed our time. We went about 6pm on a Sunday. It wasn’t too crowded or loud. Very relaxing and lighting was perfect. Our server was very helpful, as it was our first time there. She was nice and pleasant, she came around the perfect amount of times. The food was delicious and the diamond martini’s went down smoothly and were so good. I also had a lemonade drop martini as well. I definitely recommend this restaurant.

Server overtaxed to spend much time at our table. Extremely noisy this hard to converse with party. S little overpriced for atmosphere and ambiance. Prefer a slower pace where can visit with our guests

First time at Firebirds. Had reservations for 7:00. Didn’t get seated until 7:35. Wonderful waitress. Appetizers were delicious. Our meals took almost an hour to be brought to our table. Some sort of delay in the kitchen.

Environment was great. Service was great. Food meh. With the price I was paying I was expecting the food to be pretty good. The steak I got lacked flavor. My wife got ribs and they were charred, literally burnt to a crisp, edible but not the most enjoyable. I will say the chicken wings were by far the best thing we had, definitely the highlight of the meal. Overall in my opinion if you’re gonna pay to have a nicer meal there are other places that may be marginally more expensive but have exponentially better food.

Had a table of 6, ordered appetizers and took very long to get them, once we got them they were cold. This happened also with dinner. Drinks were slow or missing and had to ask to get our water filled. Food was perfectly cooked but eating a cold meal is disappointing

Food and drinks were wonderful though they were out of some of the ingredients to make the seasonal drinks but it was wonderful nonetheless!

Our Monday night go-to...half price bottles of wine. Strawberry shrimp salad is DELICIOUS as well as other items. Service in bar seating is fun with fireplace on. Morgan is a great bartender and server.
