Voted Best Italian Restaurant in Sacramento! Fabian's Italian Bistro serves locally sourced ingredients crafted into classic Italian dinners, lunches and brunches. On the weekend, you can enjoy brunch with classic eggs benedict, avocado toast or even the "chef's mess". At dinner or lunch service, take a peek at the special wine and cocktail menu, which is filled with both local and imported options.

Fabian’s Italian Bistro is worth checking out any day, but if you happen to be in the neighborhood on Tuesday or Wednesday, you’re in for a treat. Tasting Tuesday dinners include an ever-changing special tasting menu, where you can try smoked pork, scallops, pork tenderloin, polenta, squid ink spaghetti and more. Wednesdays at Fabian’s Italian Bistro feature select house favorite wines for half price, plus they allow you to bring your own bottle with no corkage.

I love this restaurant. Our dinner was delicious. But service timing was well-off. I ordered wine w/ dinner which wasn't served even after I asked the server for it, (when he brought the food.) I still waited and finished almost half my dinner. I asked a third person.... and still waited. I had the wine AFTER dinner. Similar trouble w/ dessert which arrived well-after my coffee and got cold as I waited.

As usual, everything was great! We sat indoors tonight, and the ambiance was perfect! We tried the Arugula Salad, which was a new twist for us and we both enjoyed it! My wife ordered the Pork tenderloin with Polenta and Spinach that was delicious, while I had the Chicken Picata and it too was delicious! We enjoyed the leisurely pace as we could enjoy our conversations in comfort! You won't be disappointed...

Took my parents here for an early anniversary lunch. However, I didn't realize they didn't offer lunch on Sunday-- brunch and dinner only. I was so looking forward to one of their pasta dishes (mom and I enjoyed it on prior visit). With only a brunch menu to choose from, I got the chicken pesto sandwich (same as mom), dad got the seared salmon sandwich, and husband got a breakfast plate. The sandwiches were amazing. My dad said it was the best salmon sandwich he's ever had. Mom and I enjoyed the chicken sandwich very much. Overall, we enjoyed the great food. We'll have to come another time to enjoy the pasta for dinner.
