   The food was fantastic. A family is still able to enjoy dinner together. It was not a stuffy environment. it definitely has an open air warm, inviting atmosphere.

   Fantastic service throughout. Our server, Lulu, was friendly and attentive; food/drinks were delivered expeditiously and tasted fantastic. The equally personable manager was engaged with guests and regularly came by to check in on us. All told, a perfect dining experience - we’d highly recommend to anyone in the area and are strongly considering the attached resort for our next trip, due in large part to the incredible dining experience. Menus rotate seasonally; we have every reason to come back soon!

   It's always a pleasure to dine at Ember & Elm. The food is wonderful and the excellent staff help make breakfast and dinner a five star experience. This visit, we enjoyed being attended by Blakelyn and Crystal, both unflappable, professional, gracious servers, as is everyone at Ember & Elm. We had delicious, chef-created (gluten-free and vegan!) meals in a fun and friendly space. The kids safely played corn hole just outside the door while the grown ups enjoyed appetizers and conversation before our main meal. You will love it! Be sure to ask for suggestions if you have dietary restrictions. The menu, including drinks and mocktails, changes seasonally.

   We ate dinner and breakfast there The waitress at both times was excellent Very helpful and great service At breakfast I told the gentleman that was doing the cooking a was a vegetarian I got the things I could eat sat down That gentleman MADE me a special pizza with no eggs and brought it to my table. I was amazed He went above and beyond what was required of him. I was just amazed he would do that and I had no idea he was going to fix it for me. I was amazed by his kindness. I want to say thank you again to this kind gentleman

    Ember & Elm is wonderful, even if you have dietary restrictions. The staff is incredibly gracious and the food is terrific. Chef Alex and Chef Michael are amazing and always willing to make something vegan, gluten free, or dairy free for my family. They've gone to considerable extra effort for us whenever we dine at Heartsong (which is often!). The manager, Doug Gaither, is also lovely and stops by each table to make sure everything is just right. We love dining here because even with so many restrictions, we can enjoy a beautiful meal. Ember & Elm is a special place, but it's still causal and friendly, just as perfect for families coming in from the parks as much as for a special night out. I can't say enough nice things about the staff, who are always friendly and accommodating. Dan, Ariel, the hostesses, everyone is just great. Don't hesitate to make a reservation!
