   Cool little place. Love the outdoor patio on a warm San Diego Spring Day. The hostess and server were very nice and attentive. My lobster tacos were delicious although they forgot my rice and beans and I don't even know if I was charged for them because the bill isn't itemized. My daughter loved her birria tacos. My husband thought they were just "ok." All things considered, I wouldn't be opposed to going back again but next time I would request a table that isn't directly under the speaker because it was SUPER loud and difficult to have a conversation.

   A perfect Mother’s Day celebration at El Sueño! We celebrated Mother’s Day at El Sueño and had such a wonderful experience. The food was absolutely amazing, flavorful, beautifully presented, and served fresh. We sat in the outdoor area, which had a warm, welcoming atmosphere and was perfect for the occasion. The server, Mailie was also outstanding, friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly celebrated. From start to finish, everything was seamless and special. Highly recommend El Sueño for any special occasion or just a great meal out. We will definitely be back!

   Our waitress was also the bartender, Maile. We had a great experience thanks to her. She knew the menu well, had great recommendations and the food was tasty! Ambience is super cute and Malie is an amazing bartender! Will definitely be back!

   There was fast service and amazing food. I enjoyed it very much and price was worth it. They have the best enchiladas ever.

   Service was good but food wasn’t anything special. The music didn’t match the vibe & the seating was awkward. Wouldn’t really come back
