Welcome to Eero's restaurant and bar located on the first level of the
Renaissance St. Louis Airport Hotel. Eero's is named after architect,
Eero Saarinen, the 20thcentury Finnish American architect and
industrial designer noted for the Jefferson National Expansion
Memorial including the Gateway Arch. This one of a kind
contemporary restaurant takes a modern spin on local St. Louis
favorites such as a St. Louis pork steak with Fitz's root beer bbq
sauce, pimento mac n' cheese and braised greens or the Famous Barr French Onion Soup.
Eero's atmosphere is infused with the creative energy
of classic St. Louis jazz and blues creating unique memorable
experiences. The Eero's offers casual, flexible seating and varying
levels of privacy, encouraging social interaction while fusing local
flavors to create an energized atmosphere.

We gathered in St. Louis for a mini family reunion. Some family members were staying at the Renaissance so we decided to have our family dinner at Eero’s. Betty took care of everything our family needed and wanted from the moment we walked into the dining room until we left. She had a private dining room set up for us and when more family members showed up, Betty easily made all the adjustments with pleasant patience and graciousness. The food was fresh and delicious and accommodated all our family dietary needs. Thank you for making our family reunion a special and memorable celebration.

It was an amazing experience I enjoyed the whole experience especially the food and our waitress T was phenomenal and my wife was really impressed

Blackened salmon was excellent. The noise from the bar carried into the restaurant which was distracting.

My family and I ate at this restaurant the night before a trip. The food was good, but our our server Gia was wonderful. She was very friendly and fun. She made the whole evening enjoyable!. My kids thought she was the best and want to go back. Thanks Gia for a great evening.

This restaurant was understaffed and the service was not very good. I sat with my girlfriend for 15 minutes before anyone even came to our table and it took another 15 minutes just to get a glass of water. After that, I decided just to leave because I could see other patrons of the restaurant sitting with no food and a look of disappointment on their faces. I am glad I did because a few people talked about messed up orders and poor service as well.

Had extra time before our flight so opted to try Eero's for lunch over the STL airport fare. Food was generous in portion size and good. Service was friendly. Easy access to rental car return and terminal. So nice alternative to sitting in the very over crowded airport.

Ordered a wine and husband ordered a beer. Later we ordered our food. The food came before the drinks. He asked for a ribeye steak. It was very thin, over-cooked and basically tasteless and tough. Good mashed potatoes. I had chicken which was OK. We ordered a creme brulet for dessert. It was bread pudding with a sugar crust, no custard at all. Very expensive and very disappointing.
