Edera Italian Eatery is focused on serving simple, refined food in a more casual, come-as-you-are atmosphere. Chef Andrew Simon offers a fresh interpretation, sourcing the highest quality ingredients from Italy to Missouri. The menu features premium Neapolitan pizzas, signature pastas and premium entrees. Edera’s cuisine – featuring sauces, pastas and baked goods made fresh daily in the restaurant – are elevated enough for a special night out, while also being approachable enough for everyday fare. Concepted by the Koplar family in consultation with renowned Chef Mike Randolph, Edera has quickly become a fixture in St. Louis’s iconic Central West End neighborhood.

Chalets are available Monday-Saturday for seatings at 5:00p & 7:30p. The Grande Chalet can seat 4-8 guests and the Piccolo Chalet can hold 2 guests for an intimate private dining experience. Chalets have two heaters but we recommend dressing for the weather and wearing layers for your comfort. Blankets are welcome! There is a $75.00 deposit due at the time of booking. The deposit will be credited to your bill and is non-refundable.

Too salty and too spicy and we left 1/2 on the table. The food quality was good but their natural flavors hidden.

I stay in the AC hotel when Im in St. Louis on business and Edera was the one restaurant in CWE that I havent eaten at. I tried it last night and it was great. The weather was nice so I sat outdoors. The outdoors seating area looks like it actually be in Italy. My cocktails, salad, and entree were all delicious and the service was great. Last night may have been my first time but it will not be my last time.

First time here and it didn’t disappoint. The food was extremely good as well as cocktails and prices don’t break your wallet for really good quality food. Our server was great but my only little complaint is it was a little slow and nowhere to be found when we needed. I ordered the oricchiette and added chicken, it was a ton of food!. My husband ordered the chitarra and swapped the clams for shrimp. Drinks were the Knees Bees and limoncello Martini and for appetizer we ordered the burrata. Extremely good and can’t wait to go back!!

The patio is very nice to dine in, and our server was outstanding. The food was good but there was an overwhelming amount of salt in the salad, bread and pasta Also there was too much rosemary on the pappardelle bolognese.

Very nice We sat outside and it was great. Only drawback was the noise of AC units made it difficult to hear each other. Wait service was a little slow due to number of guests. Pizza, steak and pasta were great. Risotto note so great.

Unfortunately my fiancé and I chose to dine outside along with another couple. This other couple noticed a mouse running around outside. It made its way from table to table and both my party and theirs decide to leave. Once we left the front desk didn’t ask what was wrong they lets us go with a smile. I wish we got the disclaimer that a mouse may run around your table. Our visit lasted less than 10 minutes.

The food was excellent ! Every dish had amazing flavors. The patio seating makes you feel like you are in Europe. The service was excellent !

Nice experience. Casual dining. Beautiful outdoor veranda for the majority of restaurant seating. Dining room decor creates a very nice ambiance. Parking a challenge. Street parking is most convenient but very limited. Nearby parking garages are $3-$8 per hour and restaurant does not validate. Sirloin selection was nicely presented and prepared to temp. Pasta bolognese was extremely salty and we did not have our drinks refilled throughout our meal. Limited menu but we would be willing to return to sample other selections.
