Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. I came in like it was happy hour. I enjoyed my Eddie’s Soirree. Great addition to the menu. On days where I don’t want to think, it’s a nice simple meal to order. I usually don’t solo dine here because the sides are way too big for one person. Just my opinion. I like a selection of sides when I eat. All in all, great meal, super convenient and it was a nice treat for myself.

We visited for dinner and loved the atmosphere and the friendly service. The appetizers were great, but unfortunately, the fried rice did not sit well with me, and I experienced some notable stomach discomfort later that evening. I always asked for that rice. I love that rice but i have to add that was the first time. Also my wife was affected. I’m leaving this feedback constructively so the kitchen can double-check their prep or holding temperatures for the rice, as everything else about the experience was wonderful." We had an absolutely fantastic night out! The atmosphere was vibrant, the service was incredibly warm, and the live performance by the local musical band completely stole the show and kept everyone listening. Even though the fried rice turned out to be a bit too rich for my stomach later on, the incredible energy, great tunes, and wonderful hospitality made it a highly memorable and thoroughly enjoyable evening. Thank you Eddie’s.

Excellent girl’s night at Eddie Vs. live music, fantastic food. The service was stellar. Our waiter made the night fun. Several of the managers came by to check in with us. Highly recommend

I have to give a very special shoutout to Tifani at Eddie V’s in Paramus! From our very first visit, Tifani welcomed my husband and me with open arms and made us feel so incredibly special. Her warmth, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality immediately stood out. She took the time to recommend dishes from the menu that have quickly become my absolute go-to favorites! Tifani is honestly one of the biggest reasons we have returned so many times! Because of her, we've also introduced friends and family to this amazing restaurant. The food is absolutely delicious, the atmosphere is fantastic, and the vibe is ALWAYS on point! But it's people like Tifani who truly make the experience unforgettable. Thank you, Tifani, for consistently making us feel so welcomed and for turning our first visit into a place we now love coming back to. Eddie V's is lucky to have you! ❤️🥂
