Earls Kitchen + Bar - Tysons Corner
Suggest better training those who bring the entrees to the table. The lady who did so tried (barely fit) to place my entree plate next to my EMPTY appetizer plate. A server should remove the appetizer plate and THEN place the entree place. I actually had to instruct the lady to so do.
There were fruit flies all over our table and we had to ask to be moved. We were sitting by the kitchen. Hopefully there aren’t flies there too.
Our server was not very attentive and when i found a hair in my food AND the order was incorrect he was rude about it. The manager was very nice and everyone else enjoyed their dishes but the waiter was not great.
Amazing staff and attention to detail. Food was really good, will highly recommend to friends and loved ones.
Always a great experience
Christiana, the hostess, was awesome, as was Brenda, our waitress. As always, extremely happy with our experience!
It was good, food was decent. I would go back.
It was a great experience
Hostess was friendly, servers were constantly switching. The tables were very crowded. Good was ok, but we were there for the atmosphere not the food anyway. Drinks were good. Would go back
It was very loud. The food was fine, and the service middling.
There should be free refills on drinks for the cost. The glasses should be bigger as well.
Horrible server, inattentive and mid-charged is as well when we clearly stated that we were ordering from the happy hour menu.
I like Earls alot but the service has declined tremendously lately. We had waited at our table for 30 minutes and no one stopped by to assist us. We literally had to drag a server to come get our waiter.
Great service. Booming happy hour. Service excellent!
Will go back.
I have been dinning here ever since opening day.
Mark Halnick the regional Vice President introduced me to Earl’s.
The whole concept is a top winner.
The staff is awesome although it’s a very young team
But they all do a wonderful job to make sure all the guests feel special.
I highly recommend Earl’s for everyone to dine here.
Their new Gm is a class act and he teaches all of his assistants to do be phenomenal while on the floor serving guests.
Earls is one of my favorite bars to visit in Tysons Corner. The decor//ambiance is nice and the food is always made to perfection. Service can be slow @ times and I suggest making a reservation if you are making weekend dinner plans. All in all- drinks and food are great! Jay is the best server at this location- if you can be seated in his section I highly suggest making the request. You won't regret it!
Overall: good. Nice atmosphere: trendy, sophisticated, casual, cosmopolitan. Food was good, I recommend the Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl, one of the tastiest I've ever had. Cesar salad is a vampire slayer! Servers and hostesses are notably attractive. A few problems with service: our appetizers never arrived, and service became notably slow after the mains were served. All in all, I'd eat there again.
Went there for lunch on my wife’s birthday. We ordered an appetizer to share. Our food took a little while to prepare, but the manager came by to let us know it was almost ready, which was cool of him. When food did arrive, 2 of our 5 orders were not prepared correctly and were sent back. That took an extra 10 minutes. So far not a great experience.
When food did arrive, it all tasted great. The steak was awesome, tender and tasty. Burgers are prepared just right as well. And they brought out a brownie/ice cream dessert for my wife, on the house 2which was a great gesture. And it tastes so good with the hard/caramelized shell.
Our sever was really nice too. Checked on us a few times and was very accommodating.
I’ve been there several times and this one time hitch with the wrong orders doesn’t sway my review for them. They are still good in my book.
I was very impressed. I arrived at peak hour during Friday night. I was quickly shown to my table and it was conveniently located in a relatively quiet corner. Even though my friends were very late in arriving, the servers were patient and polite. The food was very good and overall service excellent.
Excellent experience as always
Wonderful staff very attentive !!
Friendly Staff, Great Food and Drink. We got a great table by the bar and it was lively for a Tuesday night!
Even away from the always busy bar, Earl's in Tyson's is a bit loud, but not to a level of concern. I was able to have a casual business dinner without feeling like I was yelling or could not hear my guest. This was my third visit to this location and will go back again.
First time there, to celebrate our twin sons turning 20.... we NEVER go out to eat... this was a big splurge. Such a cool hip place. Service spot on. Had the swordfish tacos. Soooo good. Sons had steak... everyone’s meal top notch. Fun vibe..... Friday at 5:30.... bustling happy hour crowd, families with kids, all ages... not crazy LOUD, which was nice ( u can tell i’m Over 50👵🏻...😜)
Amazing place with quality service and food. Highly recommend!
Good for drinks and snacks. Uninspiring food for price point
Hostess was ok, servers was good and accommodating. Quieter time of the day compared to my usual visit- so it wasn’t too crowded . Food was bad, i ordered the impossible burger. Drinks were good. Would go back because it’s convenient, fun atmosphere, and a decent place to go for a casual lunch or dinner
Love love love! This is my favorite restaurant and the brunch vibes are amazing. Highly recommend to sushi/meat lovers but they have a lot of vegetarian options as well.
Service is fantastic. Must try
Delicious food in a nice atmosphere which has always been the case in past experiences with this chain in Canada.
Enjoyed food (avocado toasts and tacos), drinks, and service. Very nice set up by the window (bright and relaxing).
My boyfriend, my sister & I had the best time at Earls because we had the best dinner. We LOVE the food! The couple of managers that frequented our table made up for our waitress's lack of experience and lack of knowledge of the menu, which led her to bring me an incomplete dinner entree. The floor managers were very professional, accommodating and personable.
Great food, great service, awesome social atmosphere
Our waiter was patient with my dad’s long dissertations and questions regarding food, the restaurant, and the meaning of life. We were seated promptly even though we were early for our reservation. We requested a table with less music speaker noise and were accommodated. We didn’t feel rushed and got to enjoy a pleasant time with our friend.
While Earl’s is a hot spot for happy hour, we also found it to be a pleasant atmosphere for lunch.
Glad we had a reservation because it was packed! Food was excellent. Good to get together with a dear friend. Will definitely go back again.
The burger was very good and cooked to order. The service was timely but not overly attentive. All in all a moderately pricey but good place for lunch.
Horrible!!!! Took 5 minutes to be seated with a standing reservation and no one in the waiting area. After being seated and placing our order, the server forgot to enter the order and came back without menus to ask what we wanted again. After one hour from being seated to the food arriving, three of the four items ordered were incorrect. They ran out of noodles for the hunan chicken bowl and the kitchen chef substituted rice without telling the server before it arrived. The manager attempted to convey his apology with a promise to do better on our next visit, but I have NO confidence in the employees or management at this location. I’ve dined at Earl’s in Vancouver, BC, Canada and the menu variety, taste of the food, and service by my friends up north was far SUPERIOR than what I experienced at the Tyson’s location. Will never step foot in this or any other Earl’s location in the United States - period...
Hello, I want to begin with an apology, this is very far from the standard anyone should expect when dining with us. From start to finish this was a total miss for our team. I would love the opportunity to make this right, please feel free to contact me directly at email@example.com. I truly hope we have the chance to connect as this is not at all the lasting impression I want you to have of our restaurant. Sincerely Stefan Oostveen General Manager
Quiet simple brunch. The menu for breakfast type items is not extensive but had decent options. Both of us got the waffles and they were good. Service was pretty good although our water never got refilled and we were seated at a small table in the corner although the place wasn’t busy when we arrived. Convenient spot and solid place for the Tyson’s area. I much prefer its daytime seen to the after-work happy vibe.
Cate, thank you for your review and feedback. Comments like these are incredibly valuable for us to be able to share with our team in order to improve. We hope to see you again in the future! Stefan Oostveen General Manager
The place is nice and the food is good. The service is not great, but it is not bad either. There is a lot of noise. Not my favorite place, but I would not mind going back.
Always Earls with the best experience around Tysons corners. They never disappoint me. Food, drinks, service everything is what you expect of a good restaurant. I would recommend to everyone earls with no doubt.
Thank you for your great review, we hope to see you again in the future! Stefan Oostveen General Manager
Great menu with a lot of options for plant based or vegan. Young energetic crowd, fun but super loud. Great atmosphere. Everyone liked what they ordered. The garlic fries are so garlicky! Pretty good drink menu.
Thank you for your review!
The food was not great. The only thing deserving of any positive reviews is the service/servers.
