The young lady who looked after us was super friendly but was very loud. She could not understand what we were saying and we had to repeat several times and we felt like she was yelling and did not know the menu. Perhaps new? She brought our drinks and spilled over the table. I watched and “heard” her with all other guests in our area and she also spilled another order on another able. We were a bit nervous to get our food but then a whole crew brought out our food so thanks for that.

Ethan was amazing 👏 so glad to have met him and have him serve us. Food was amazing and exactly the right portion for us. Plus the mocktail menu was excellent!!

Four of us had the best brunch at Earls today! Food arrived hot and so tasty. Waitress (Mac?) was great too.

The food was great, as was expected. The noise level was high, but that is also expected downtown at Earl's on a Saturday evening. What wasn't expected was Ethan. This server was by far the best server anyone at our table had ever experienced. Ethan was fun, welcoming, witty, and well informed on the menu. What made this experience above and beyond was the service. We were meeting family that we only see once every year or two. We told Ethan we would be there a while and because we were in no hurry to order, we said we would stack our menus when ready. An hour or so later we finally stacked our menus and Ethan was immediately there to get our order but not once did he rush us. The food came, we had an amazing meal. During which my uncle snuck off to pay the bill. After finishing dinner. Ethan came and thanked us for being an amazing table and brought complimentary dessert for the entire table. Not just one. Ethan was just awesome and as much as I enjoy Earl's food, its the service that we received that will make me choose Earl's as my next dinner outing. Complimentary dessert is also not the deciding factor in this, as I usually cannot eat dessert after a meal. The deciding factor is Ethan and the top-notch service he provided. Honestly, Earl's.... give this man a raise and manager position. He should be teaching others what good service means. No restaurant I have ever been to comes even close to providing the great service Ethan provided our table.

Kiver the bartender was amazing. He made a wonderful fresh Mocktail, it was outstanding. The food was cooked very well. We both ordered steaks and they were perfect.
