I travel frequently international and domestic and know good food and good service when I experience it. The team at Dynamite Woodfire Grill was professional, friendly, personable delivering an amazing dining and date night experience. Top of my list for Omaha fine dining!

Food was spectacular, had a later reservation in the evening and didn’t feel rushed to leave so that was very accommodating of them.

Everything started out so wonderfully, we really thought we would have a good experience. We sat down, got our menus, our waiter came over and took our drinks, we ordered a charcuterie—which was great. But after that the experience kinda went down hill. A large party was ahead of us when putting orders in so even though we were only 2 people we had to wait about an hour and a half for our main entrees. We got our charcuterie really quickly and it was great. After that cornbread was put on our table- it was okay. Our waiter let us know the filet we ordered was sold out about 30 minutes after having placed that order. Again this was fine, it happens, but we replaced it with a strip and it still took 45 minutes longer to get our meals. The NY strip was really fatty, we got the carrots as a side and they were pretty undercooked, we also ordered the scallops which those were delicious and huge but the risotto and veggies the meal came with were inedible. Our waiter also was amazing in the beginning but understandably so he got caught up with the large table and no one else stepped in to help us so we just sat waiting for a really long time for everything, refills, the check, etc. This was a birthday dinner for my significant other and I felt so bad I offered to take him out again somewhere different. It sadly wasn’t worth the $250 this meal cost. We were so disappointed we even skipped dessert, which if you knew us, is not something we skip.

I’d like to start by saying TY to Mark. It was our wedding anniversary and he was able to increase the number of people attending the day of. It was a beautiful night with wonderful food and ambiance. Our server was attentive and personable. They brought us an unexpected dessert and it was amazing. I can’t say enough good things.

Exceeded all my expectations. Non drinker but they created the most exquisite NA mocktail I have ever had. Staff is attentive without being intrusive and the food was devine!!
