Before Covid this was a must to eat at restaurant. This time the food was horrible. Chicken penne tasted like chicken noodle soup. The eggplant parmigiana was so liquid you needed a spoon to eat it like soup.
I would recommend this place because I know what it can be. Beautiful place to eat. Can’t keep blaming covid for everything.
The rating is for previous visits. Upset because the restaurant was closed at the time of this reservation. And I received no notice of closure.
Celebrated our friends’ 60th birthday here. After confusion over the Open Table reservation (we were told they didn’t have it) our concierge got us a 7pm reservation. When we arrived at L’Italia the host referred to me by my Open Table name, not my full name that was used at the concierge so they did in fact have my reservation. Food was good but not amazing. Service was great. Desserts were disappointing. Overall an average meal.
Unfortunately out of all the restaurants at El Dorado Royale this was our least favourite. The food was okay but the service was poor, the waiting staff were more interested in clearing tables & re-setting rather than servicing our table.
Our service was exceptional, and our meal was very enjoyable! The waitstaff makes the evening very personable which made our dining experience very nice!
Awesome! 50th birthday... they made it special. The food is spectacular! The service is like a 5 star restaurant! Can't wait to go back! Thank you!
