District - San Francisco
We also serve Bottomless Brunch every Sunday.
Very friendly waiter, all you can eat buffet and bottomless mimosas were great!
One of our favorite happy hour spots. Great food and drinks at a reasonable price point. Servers are friendly, but service is somewhat spotty.
Great food reserved a relatively quiet table for us.
Cozy feeling place. The food was fantastic. Hanger steak was A+ and so was the avocado tempura! Our server Mike was friendly and kind.
When we were leaving there was a band setting up, so I'm guessing live music happens after a certain point. I'll definitely come back.
Went for a friend's birthday, it was expensive but fun.
Great space, but try sitting in the high top tables - cannot imagine what the goal was when those were made - we would have been more comfortable on the floor! Nowhere to put you legs and knees. What a distraction. Plus, who wants to sit 1 foot away from the entrance? Bizarre. Food was ok - very boring Brussel sprouts salad - zero flavor. Steak tartare was decent, olives were good, but overall nothing to write home about.
Great menu with a good selection of wines and food. Music level was a bit high for a comfortable conversation.
Great brunch and value! Definitely not overly crowded and a great place to hang with your friends for a nice Sunday.
District SF has a great wine selection and good food as well. Nice atmosphere for a casual spot after work. There's also a variety of seating options (couches, high tops etc). Definitely planning to come back! Brussel sprouts were amazing!!
A but spicy for my taste. But good quality food. Drinks are great.
The pizza is my go to and the service is great. You need to get reservations (thank you opentable) or get there early to sit at the bar
On our way to Cirque du Soleil, we stopped for dinner
Found on street parking ( bonus) and were pleasantly and professionally greeted and shown to our table
Waiter was terrific, food delightful-only negative was the price of the small bottle of Sour beer $26. It was not priced in menu ( altho all other beverages were) so was a shock when bill arrived
Everything else was great!
Excellent brunch, great bottomless options
Horrible service and food was nothing spectacular... actually it was a bit boring.
Made a reservation 3 days in advance for 3 at 5:30pm on a weeknight. Arrived early and were offered a high-top right in front of the door. There were only a handful of people in the place and when we asked to be seated further away from the door, the hostess said they were completely booked. We walked down the street to 25 Lusk and had a great happy hour. Really bad customer service. We won't be back.
the interior design is okay but it could have been done more efficiently by changing the bar counter geometry to give it a far more open space feeling and inviting entrance. the food was pretty bad, and the booze menu was okay but they were out of the four things I asked for, two tequilas and two wines, so, I had to compromise!!
anyway, we stayed to listen to the live music and that was horrible, furthermore, they could have covered the windows by a semi-transparent shade to obscure the ugly view of the buildings across the street.
will not go there again!
Love the cocktails here! Servers are very attentive!
I reserved a table for 10 and it was upon arrival. The happy hour is awesome. It’s so popular and they only had one waitress for half the restaurant which is baffling for full house. But the food and beverage came out quickly and everything was delicious.
District is my go-to HH place after getting back to the city after a full day's work. Great wine selection 👌 and love the wine flights!
Surprisingly reasonable prices for happy hour, great ambiance. Service was meh. For a 8 person 4:30pm business HH, not busy, we had to flag down the waiter twice by asking the bus boy.
The food was delicious and happy hour was a nice surprise. The service was on point at the beginning but it took almost 45 minutes to get anyone's attention to get the bill or another drink.
Both bartenders were fantastic
As always, District doesn't disappoint. Wide selection of wine and cocktails - they have happy hour which is a bonus. Decent bar food: fries with truffle aioli, tasty dry rub on the chicken wings/lollipops, and slightly above average margherita pizza. Great place to meet before the game or after work. Service was stellar.
Had a reservation but staff was so busy, it took 35 min before they came to ask what we’d like to drink. They were totally overwhelmed throughout.
A terrific pre ballgame venue with happy hour prices!
Worst experience ever. Don’t go!
They didn’t have half the items from their menu and service took forever
Great spot for tapas and drinks, especially before a Giants game.
We got three small plates and two drinks and it came out to $80! The fries were kind of sad and soggy especially. Drinks were great.
Brunch buffet isn't huge, but everything that was offered was absolutely great, tasty, nice mixture. Unlimited mimosas was a plus too... great place to brunch before a sunday SF Giants game. Close to the park... can't wait to go back!!!
The server seemed very uninterested in us. The Very expensive charcuterie platter was ridiculously small and uninteresting for $45. Food overall just ok.
I'm not a fan of buffets but this Sunday brunch buffet was great! Salad, greens, grits, eggs, oatmeal, pancakes, potatoes, sausage bacon and a crazy good chocolate chip bread pudding. Also bottomless mimosas and a really cool vibe inside. It's really close to AT&T. We'll be back.
Great brunch food! Good Music! Bottomless mimosas! Yum!
We had a lunch reservation for 4 folks before attending the Giants game which we made sure to let them know as a courtesy so they could "turn" the table. The Hostess was wonderful and had our table ready The ambience of the restaurant is great with high wood beam ceilings and a very eclectic vibe. It goes WAY downhill from there. Our waiter wasn't really a waiter...he just brought drinks. IMHO, stick with wine-the drinks were premade (you could not order a specific brand of alcohol) and "light" is a kind word. They only serve brunch with no available additions. To say the food was, not only mediocre is kind, it was also limited and when we went to serve ourselves, it was non-existent...empty steaming servers that I had to actually tell the Bartender that there wasn't any food. No apologies, just "we'll tell the Kitchen". This wasn't a Rocket science menu...biscuits, gravy, ceviche, scrambled eggs, small pancakes, chicken sausage patties , bacon and some sort of potatoes. As a courtesy, we put a few things on one plate for one person-left it and then went to ATT to eat. What a shame! Don't waste your money...go for a glass of wine and then eat at the Park! I NEVER write these long reviews-especially when they are 95% negative, but I don't believe in Folks out for a nice day and a game starting their day with a negative experience.
We loved our evening at this restaurant. Nice informal setting with great food and wine.
Was suggested to take on my first date. Was way too noisy.
The staff was so nice. It's a busy spot for brunch and can get a bit rowdy but the wait staff was always really pleasant:)
Great wait staff. Very nice ambiance. Extensive drink selection.
Stopped here after the Giants opener yesterday. I thought the wine list was interesting and the waiter was very helpful in selecting the right wine for us. While I really like the small plates menu - frankly the food was not that great. We had a table of carnivores so we ordered chicken wings (nothing special) sliders (pretty good but waiter should have recommended we double the order to everyone could have a full slider), meatballs (ok but nothing interesting) and the maple bacon flatbread (ugh). This is San Francisco and you can certainly east better food than here.
Great weekend brunch buffet! $22 and option to add all you can drink.
Ambiance and service are both impressive, as is the spirits list. Food, on the other hand, is barely above average. Go for the atmosphere and drinks.
