We made a ln early reservation and chose to sit in the bar area to change it up a little. Very quiet and relaxing. Stephanie was our server, she was excellent and very attentive. Helped my husband with wine choices and tastings. I had a glass of sweet red. Appetizer and meals were excellent. We ordered Brussels sprouts for an appetizer “DELICIOUS”, my husband ordered an Asian salad (don’t recall the exact name) and I ordered the filet with Betty potatoes and asparagus. The potatoes taste like Mac and cheese, so good! Highly recommend Cooper Hawk as always!
