    Good was good. Portions were small. Setting was unique and fun. Expected more food and the wine pour was way to little, could have gotten ten glasses our of a bottle.

    We were super excited to come here based on social media posts we had seen. I had made reservations & added for the “make you own flower arrangement at your table” as a special surprise for our girls day out. Upon arrival we were seated promptly, then informed the florist didn’t show up with the flowers and they just would take the amount I paid off my bill. Such a disappointment. The menu for lunch was breakfast foods. The bacon was caramelized but over-cooked, the bowls of biscuits & gravy were disappointing, and the glasses & utensils could have used another round in the dishwasher. We didn’t bother to complain to our server because the experience was already disappointing. I didn’t ask, but we weren’t told that drinks were an extra $5 on top of the $18 per person for the meal. On the positive the atmosphere was quaint, comfortable and pretty. We met a group of very nice & fun ladies that were there for a girls day as well. Management reached out to me after my review. They were very kind, generously made an offer to remedy our dissatisfaction, and are addressing our concerns.

    Coopers Alley is one of the best dining experiences I’ve had. You are served courses and it is definitely worth the time and money. I will be returning!

    Was on the waitlist. Went to the restaurant and was ask while waiting if I had reservations. Told her no but I was on the waiting list. She said your not on the list. I showed her the waitlist with my name and time on my phone. She said you have to be approved to get a table and we stopped taking reservations. Needless to say. I have nothing good to say about the restaurant.

    We were very disappointed that we waited a very long time for our food and then were told there was a problem in the kitchen and it would be at least another 20-30 minutes. We left without eating.

    My daughter and I really enjoyed our Sunday brunch here. The decor and vibe are super cute. The farm-to-table food was delicious and the price was on-point. I could eat the bacon everyday! Our waitress was very attentive. I would have liked to have had a drinks menu as I usually try new things so I had to settle for what I knew. There are only a few tables that are suitable though. We chose indoors because the sun was bright but the seating looks better out there. It's a small space and most are in the way of foot traffic or hard to get in/out of if other diners are seated nearby. We were tucked and trapped into an out-of-way corner at the front. I would hate to be seated at the table beside the bathroom!!! We will return on a gorgeous day to try dinner sometime.

    Cooper's Alley is such a precious setting and I loved the food. That being said, the service was not great. The server was inattentive and we sat without our silverware for about 10 minutes after our food arrived. By the time we got silverware our food was getting cold. (We still ate it.) I dont mind paying a higher price for a good meal but with the pricepoint of this resturaunt, I would expect amazing service. Still a cute atmosphere. Maybe we just caught them on a bad day.

    The tea service, appetizers, salad, dessert, service, ambiance, atmosphere, decor were all amazing! The main entree did not wow or impress us. We had the shepherds pie and pot roast. The presentation was nice, but the taste was very salty. Nothing extra special, especially for $65. We had hoped to sit outside, but it was storming. We had a nice cozy and comfortable table! The only negative was that it was right by the restroom and people kept forgetting to make sure the door was closed when they left. Perhaps a sign on the inside reminding people to close the door and make sure it latches? We had purchased the make a bouquet option. We were attending a concert so we did not have time to do that, so thankfully we were reimbursed for that. I would select this option in the spring and summer when the flower options are abundant and when you have ample time. I thought we would be able to do it at the table so we could enjoy the bouquets while we ate. Overall, it was a lovely experience and we hope to bring our daughters and nieces back to this unique spot! Definitely, go!
