   Truly wanted to love this but have to agree with the others who were very disappointed by the quality and the service - there are so many exceptional places in the city that easily justify this price point or offer a better value and experience. Our server did not know anything about any item in the menu, couldn’t provide any recommendations, and generally seemed uninterested and uninformed. This, coupled with how subpar the food was, left us unsatisfied and disappointed - our steak frites was ordered medium rare and came out raw with soggy fries, and the truffle lobster pasta came out barely warm, with 3-4 tiny lobster pieces and no truffle flavor - for $70 and $50 each, we just expected better, and to spend $300 on dinner, the food and drink should be delicious. It’s a cool vibe, but be warned that you’ll grossly overpay for just that.

   Reservations do not guarantee a table upon arrival. Otherwise everything was perfect and the food was incredible.

   Food was good and it is a beautiful place. However. Our service was exceptional slow and our server. Failed to make eye contact or be personable. The team delivering food and filled water were great

   The food and drinks were good, but the service wasn’t the best. Our group had a reservation weeks in advance and were sat at the worst table in the restaurant right next to the front door. With it being a big birthday dinner we were disappointed. The food was good, but our entrees came out a little cold, and we could tell they were sitting there for awhile. The drinks were nice. We also could tell they were rushing us out of there which was a tad frustrating since we saw no one waiting for a table. Again, the food was good but the service and atmosphere was a tad disappointing.

   First time dining here. It’s very pleasant aesthetically inside. Food was terrific, and Alejandro our server was very attentive and friendly. Plan on trying their lunch menu next time. Our food choices: GOUGÈRES (Gruyère Cheese Puffs) 3 cheeses (DÉLICE DE BOURGOGNE, CAMEMBERT DE NORMANDIE, COMTÉ) SALADE LYONNAISE STEAK FRITES (8oz Hanger) - wanted the filet but unfortunately they were out; Hangar was a nice substitution, but I suggest medium, steak was cooked towards medium rare.

   We chose chouette for my birthday lunch, the restaurant was quite quiet at lunch and they sat us right in the center of the restaurant which was not my favorite spot. The food and wine were fantastic. I did order 2 glasses of wine for my mom and I from the individual glasses menu and was told we had to buy the whole bottle, which was fine because it was delicious however it was strange. Our server was not great but another server stepped in at times to take care of us and he was fantastic. Overall the food made up for the weird seating and okay service. Will definitely be back during patio season!

    Service was painfully slow. Our server was trying his best, but it took more than 1 hour to get our food. Then, my steak arrive extremely undercooked. It took another 15 minutes to fix. Once done properly, everything was delicious. I hope they can address how the restaurant is managed / staffed because something is amiss.
