   Our server Thomas was very good and gave us great wine pairing recommendations. We had the oysters and also olives for starters and then lobster pasta, rainbow trout, and bouillabaisse for entrees. All were excellent. For desert we had a strawberry sorbet with fresh strawberries and a chocolate mousse. Both were excellent. Portion sizes were great. Will definitely make this a regular dinner option.

   Our birthday lunch was exquisite! We chose to sit on the very spacious patio for a birthday celebration that was top notch. The service here is what really sets this place apart from other Columbus restaurants. The manager was helpful and made sure to keep our champagne (that we ordered BY THE GLASS!) chilled since we chose to sit outdoors which I thought was a really lovely gesture and extremely professional. Our server was excellent as well. The endive salad and Chouette on the fly sandwich were perfectly prepared. Can't wait to return!

   We have visited France several times and enjoyed the warm feel of their restaurants. Chouette reminded us of our trips and dining experienced. Love their food and presentations. Our drinks and wines were also very good.

   The restaurant experience was what we were hoping for! We have been to Paris and my wife went to college there for a year. Chouette did not disapoint. She had the traditional bouillabaisse and it was spot on. I had the vegan cauliflower steak and it was extremely satisfying with great flavor and tastes. The deserts were wonderful, we shared the creme brulee the chocolat mouse...I would recommend this restaurant if you are looking a french style restaurant in Columbus.

   Food was fabulous. Service was very good. Be prepared for fees tacked onto your bill for kitchen staff and paying with a credit card.

   The host and hostess were wonderful. Our waitress was not. She wasn’t attentive at all. I had included in my reservation that it was our anniversary and there was no mention of that. We ordered a three cheese plate and had no bread to eat with it. Had to ask for that from one of the very friendly gentleman that was running orders. She never came to ask us if we wanted another cocktail while our glasses sat empty. The Mac and cheese was very dry but the lobster pasta dish was amazing. The beet salad was good. After we had finished our meals, we waited 20 minutes and then pushed our plates to the other side of the table to hint we were finished. Someone else came and cleared our plates and then another filled my water, cocktail glasses still empty. No one acknowledged they were empty. The nice gentleman came and gathered the cocktail glasses without asking if we wanted another and asked if we wanted desert. When we said yes, he left and never came back. We sat for 10 more minutes, empty table with empty water glasses. Our waitress passed by us at least 4 times in this period of time and my husband had to flag her down to get a desert menu and had to ask her to fill our water glasses. We weren’t asked if we wanted coffee or an after dinner spirit. When she returned to take our desert order, we asked her to bring the check because we were so frustrated. The bill came out to $182.00. We would have gladly paid more for additional cocktails and coffee, had the experience been acceptable, but for the service we got, not worth it at all.

   I rarely give a 5 star review, but we had a scrumptious Mother’s Day dinner. The service was excellent and our appetizers, salads, entrees and desert could not have been better. We can’t wait to return with friends. Please support this excellent French restaurant.

    Wish I had known dinner wasn’t served until 4 pm. Our waiter was pleasant and attentive. The oysters were the best I’ve had in Columbus
