   Fui por una comida en particular y ya lo avían quitado del menú. Tuve que comer otra cosa . Que tampoco esta mal.

   Casi todo muy bien, restaurante muy limpio, servicio muy amable, buen ambiente, el ballet parking muy bien, la comida muy deliciosa excelente vista al exterior, el único detalle fue que se equivocaron en nuestra orden, y nos trajeron algo que no pedimos, aunque lo corrigieron y tuvimos que esperar mas tiempo por nuestra cena, no tuvieron la cortesía de compensarnos por el tiempo mas de espera que tuvimos que esperar, y el postre tuvimos que esperar otra media hora por el.

   Fue nuestro primer mes de casados y la vista del lugar fue increíble, el servicio y los postres estuvieron perfectos

   Great experience overall. Incredible view, quiet setting, professional staff that's well educated on what is served and what they have to offer overall. Amazing meal, which includes the desserts!

   Went there for brunch. Very good foid and the service was excellent. The only frustration was trying to figure out their hours. It's 11 -2 for brunch but you won't find that on their website. Plus no one answers the phone, so we were unable to ask.

   It was a bit disappointing. We picked the Chart House because we expected exceptional service and a romantic setting. It was neither. The lights were up so high that they reflected off the windows making the view not nearly as good as I have experienced in the past. Despite a 7:30 reservation we weren’t seated until after 8:15 PM so we were stuck sitting in a crowded waiting area. It appears they didn’t have enough bus people as one poor lady bussed constantly while we dined. Trays of dishes around us. They brought out our entre before clearing our appetizer causing the server to pull out a chair from a nearby table to place our dirty dishes. It just wasn’t the top of the line dining experience I was expecting. The food while good wasn’t spectacular. Sadly, the best service we experienced were the valet attendants. They were outstanding!

   Every time I have been here I had a great experience. But not this last time, the service was so slow. It do not make sense to wait 30 min for a beer, the 2 times I asked for one. The second time, they served it after I finished my main course.

    Not sure what happened this night but everything was absolutely horrible. The CH used to be a wonderful dining experience with impressive dining. A 7:00 pm reservation and we did not get seated until 7:30 in the bar area dungeon. The server didn’t show up to our table for another 10 minutes. The beer was lukewarm and the chowder was brought out and sat on a tray for exactly 7 minutes before it made it to our table room temp. We asked for some crackers and Tabasco only to sit for another 7 minutes waiting for her to dismiss our request. We finally decided to cut our losses and leave for her to only be MIA. We made our way up to the hostess and told her our experience. She didn’t offer to get a manager or seat us elsewhere, simply said “sorry, we are busy and understaffed. Hope you can come back soon ”. At that point we headed out to valet proceeded to leave, only to be chased down in the parking lot by the server demanding we pay our bill of cold soup we didn’t touch, a warm beer (again not touched) and an ice tea. We were taken a back and embarrassed at best by the scene she caused. The manager came out and settled up and apologized; but for crying out loud- I have NEVER been so disappointed by a high-end restaurant exhibiting fast food level customer service.
