   Not a great experience. The service was very rushed. The waitress hovered over our table until we ordered and then brought our dinner before we had finished our salad. I had the Ahi tuna, but I couldn’t even identify what was tuna on the plate because it was so overcooked. We also got the veal, which consisted of 3 tiny medallions and literally 3 pieces of asparagus. True to form, the waitress also wanted to know whether we were ordering dessert before we could finish our meals. Jackson deserves better than this place.

   We were impressed with Char! The food was very good but the service was the real star of the evening. They have really stepped up their game.

   Food was delicious. My server, Deja, was courteous, knowledgeable, attentive and helpful.

   Awesome! Everything is delicious! My favorite is the black eyed peas, filet, roast beef, and chicken tenders, creamed spinach,...okay okay it's all my fav!

   Took my wife for her birthday. My first time to dine at Char. My expectations were higher than the experience we received. My wife order the ribeye steak medium rare plus, however she was served a rare steak. We sent it back and within a very few minutes it was brought back and was cooked perfectly. Salad was great, fried green tomatoes were great and the pecan pie was the highlight of the night.

    Third time going to brunch third time disappointed. First time I ordered the steak Benedict and the English muffin was cold and not toasted. The second trip I ordered the Croque madame and again cold bread, cold ham and egg was over cooked. I sent it back they corrected it The third time, today I ordered the Croque madame and again the bread was not toasted or grilled, it was cold. The meat was cold, it was a cold ham sandwich with an egg on top.I had to send it back. third strike I will not be back for brunch.
