Servers were extremely rude and could care less about the guests. Server made it near impossible to find out if the food was safe to eat for a person with allergies, had to go into the kitchen to speak with manager. Took over an hour and a half to get food, half of which was over cooked and inedible. Staff never apologized and manager never came out even know we asked to speak with her multiple times.

Our server was nice but totally messed up our orders. My son’s order contained pork and we didn’t ask for it. I saw the chef just remove the pork and return the food to our table. Some of the menu items weren’t available. We’ve dined at this venue a few times and this had to be the most disappointing experience.

Went into Champps and was given a table on time based on our reservations after 35 mins, we finally received our water, and placed our order. After two hours, we decided to leave having not received any of our appetizers nor our main entree.

Shall not cross the threshold of that place again. Poor service, food was brought to us without the sauce that was supposed to accompany it...they just said "we're out". It was an appetizer with a dipping sauce - we had to be the ones to suggest an alternative. They were out of wine glasses and the restaurant was half empty. Just lousy from start to finish.

Definite problem with manpower management. Left after we were told that we would not be seated until an hour after our open table reservation time because wait staff failed to show up to work. Never experienced this with an Open Table restaurant. Am afraid to use Open Table now.

The service, food, and ambiance met expectations, but the menus where sticky and stuck shut! We had a small group and all but 2 menus were in a condition as if they were left with kids in a candy factory. Also, we were among the first patrons of the day.

There was no hostess when we arrived at the check in station near the entrance . Minutes later a person showed up who was not the hostess and told us we needed to wait until she was done ringing tickets up. She walked over to the bar area and came back and told me we don’t see a reservations for you. I showed her the reservation confirmation on my phone and then she just looked at me puzzled. We pointed to a table near the bar that was empty that could accommodate our party of 10. As it turns out, this young lady then became our waitress and her attitude was TERRIBLE!!!
I was so grateful that our tabs did not include the automatic gratuity because I was not nor did I as well as several others in the party give her tip. She did not get drink orders correct nor did she bring them out timely. Other employees could hear us conversing that she was not doing a good job. They said that she was mad because she had been working since 11. It was 4:15 when we arrived...really????!!!!!

When we walked in a terrible bar smell gripped our noses. The Hostess got us seated pretty quickly and we ordered drinks. 20 minutes after we ordered food we were told certain items we ordered weren’t available. After submitting additional options and 40 minutes later we were told those options weren’t available. We were their celebration a friends relocation. Just an unsatisfactory experience overall. Not so much with our waitress but two managers came over to let they were out of most of what we ordered. I’m not going back..

Lots of problems with drinks, and food. They comped our mess though so that made up for it. The waiter was trying...but received little help.

Dante was great! Took all of our orders without writing them down and everything came out correct. It was a table of 6 and he was fast and courteous. The beyond burger here is perfect! And the Brussel sprout appetizer was a hit!

They were out of everything we wanted to order- including French fries! The server still charged me for the side substitute. When asked, he said “yeah I’m charging you.”

We had bar reservations for 11pm... we got there at 1030pm. but when we got there, no table was available. It was a big boxing match so no worries, We found our own table. Had a group of 10. We had to ask for someone to clean table off. Once we were seated, no one came to take our order for drinks, food, etc... after 30 mins of sitting there we kept asking, severs kept walking by saying they would get someone. One server even told us this was her section, but she was not taking any more tables. Finally found a manager and he told us the kitchen was closed. This was my first and last time going to Champps. This was absolutely the worse service I have ever had at a restaurant.

When I arrived at 5:50, they didn’t have my 6:00 open table reservation. Thank goodness it was a slow evening as they were able to seat us without a reservation. Our food order was not correct and to make matters worse—three of the five meals were cold. Most of the party ordered drinks and Champs could have made more money if the waitress was more attentive. On a positive note-she was nice and friendly. But the overall experience wasn’t great.

When we turned up for superbowl they had lost our reservation. We asked to be sat in the bar area which they were happy to sit us in. But all the servers seemed really down and not positive. Which made us feel like they didnt care. Food came out pretty quick.

They were completely rude I was threaten to leave because they do not do reservations on fight night which I completely understand, it’s just the fact of when I made reservation I was confirmed that everything was set for 10 people in my party. We were sitted. Minutes later was told that the table was to split because they only do first come first serve after we the party of 10 were sitted so the manger came over to tell us we had to leave. Most rude & disappointed place I’ve ever went too. I will never step foot back into an establishment of business such as this place again.

Our waitress told us they were about to do a shift change when we ordered and asked if we would be willing to close out our check before we were finished. We gave our order. While waiting we decided to order a slice of apple pie for later. Someone kept trying to bring that pie before our dinner arrived and while we were eating dinner. A great place to take a group though.

Took my work team of 8 to lunch on Friday had a 12: 00 pm reservation. We were seated but it took 20 minutes before our drink order was taken. Another 20 minutes before our food order was taken, because of the delay we ordered all our food to go and still waited until 1:15 before receiving our food and 3 of the orders were wrong. We were told that the system was acting up and was converting the order to something else. When we requested the fries for our orders the waitress was trying to take our orders back and take the broccoli from the trays and replace with fries. I said just bring 3 orders of fries in separate containers and leave the food we had with us. The facility was not crowded, very few waiters and looked like only 3 people in kitchen cooking. Manager never came by to check on us or anything. Highly disappointed!!

We made open table reservations for a family reunion for a Sunday afternoon. When we got there we were told they couldn’t seat us and it would be 45 minutes because they had many groups in front of us. When I asked f those groups had called ahead with reservations I was told no they were walk ups. We were told by the hostess they didn’t have enough kitchen staff or servers. It’s a sports bar and it was 1:30 on a Sunday during football season. Get it together that you will be busy every Sunday at 1pm during football season. This was our second attempt at this location. They would not seat our open table reservation either time. This establishment is poorly managed. We won’t be back. We had asked to speak to a manager. We were told by the hostess she would get her for us “when she had time” but never did after we waited ten minutes.

We had a reservation for 1215 after running the Army Ten Miler. They took 2 hours to get half our order out. Really miserable experience.

Service was bad from the moment we walked in. The hostess was rude, we waited over 15 minutes for a server to even acknowledge us and they weren’t that busy. The food was not good, way to greasy and did not look like the pictures. And there was no air conditioning in the building. Horrible experience and waste of money. Would not go here again!

Didn’t honor reservation, despite the dining room being almost completely open. Was met with “East Coast apathy” at its finest when sharing we’d actually made a reservation. Air conditioning was out, compounding the situation and making it an unpleasant event. Food was edible. We only made reservations here because of the mlb all-star game .

A couple of issues for this restaurant. They take reservations for tables when they are not serving dinner and only offered the bar area. We had a party of seven, including three kids. They accomodated, but the service and delivery of appetizers, food, etc. was way out-of-order. They need to fix the times they take reservations. We would have chosen another place.

I will not be going to this restaurant ever again. We had terrible service and it was severely understaffed. The food took over 40 minutes to come out and it was by individual plates when we all ordered together. Mind you we were only a party of six. The place itself was almost completely empty, so there was no excuse why our food/beers took so long and the food came out cold. The waiter spilled two full waters on me (that took 15 minutes to arrive) while he literally ran out the door. At one point there was only one bartender/waiter for the whole bar area, which is just ridiculous under-staffing.

It’s a sports bar so let’s evaluate on that criteria. It checked the boxes of - Lots of TVs, good line up of beers on tap, and a sandwich, burger-focused menu. Service was bad. Not just bad. Really bad. When weather beers took forever to come out we asked our server about the speed of service and he explained that it is a restaurant and there are other tables. Seriously? I understand the concept of the restaurant. Our food came out and it was incorrect. He asked if everything came out correctly, I said no, he said good and walked away. So bad. The food was incorrect but serviceable, the beers were cold and there were TVs. That’s about it.

The Front Desk had our reservation location set aside in advance. Our Waiter, Dave, did an excellent job getting the orders correct. Dave also did a very good job of providing individual checks. Thanks Champps!

Hostess was less than pleasant!
Food was cold and incorrect and when chef cane out to ask about it it seemed like he wasn’t sure what was supposed to be served! Had to show him the menu! Server was nice but not attentive and kept blaming everyone for all the errors!
And the televisions were not showing March madness on many they had old hockey games! Asked the hostess to seat us near tv w March madness and she ignored that request! A manager never even cane over to address the problems!

Claimed they never got our reservation. Waited 1 hour after being seated to get our dinners. Food was low quality. Service was amateur. Especially rude was the person who greeted us at the front. NEVER AGAIN.
