Centrolina es un restaurante y mercado italiano, de propiedad y gestión local del chef Amy Brandwein, y se encuentra en la nueva urbanización CityCenterDC, en Washington. La Osteria propone un menú de temporada que cambia todos los días, platillos italianos auténticos e innovadores y abre para el almuerzo y la cena todos los días. El menú del chef Brandwein se inspira en las estaciones, las regiones italianas y la gran variedad de productos seleccionados por el chef en el mercado contiguo. Food was excellent but the presentation on the grillo dessert could use some work as it looked un appetizing and did not look appealing

I sat at the bar, I was there by myself and the bartender took wonderful care of me. He had great suggestions about the food, it came in a timely fashion and was delectable. I started with the house Negroni cocktail which was great, then sashimi with a lemon ponzu bath - then white bolognese pasta and finished with molten chocolate cake with a poached pear. The place was buzzing, but people could have conversations. Seemed to be a place to meet friends or co-workers and everyone enjoyed their food and ambiance. Recommend highly.
