El lugar sigue los protocolos necesarios, el personal muy atento y amable en todo momento, la comida estaba muy rica y nos regalaron un postre de cumpleaños como detalle por la celebracion que teniamos.

Awesome...highly recommend...the mushroom gorgonzola risotto and the lobster fettuccine were incredible...both were 10 out of 10 in my opinion

Philippe is the best waiter!! We ordered a bunch of stuff! Fettuccine Bolognese, spaghetti cheese wheel, lasagna, shrimp wrapped in octopus,... We even had a gluten free Diner who said best pasta she's ever had.... and a great wine list!! By far the best lasagna I have ever eaten in my life... it is melt-in-your-mouth in your mouth (do not tell my 100% Italian mother!) We are from Chicago, St Louis, and South Florida... All with amazing Italian spots.... This one supercedes them all... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

This place is a sneaky off the charts Italian. Food and wine was amazing but the Sevice was even better. If you are staying at Royal Sands or alive Aqua, go there! Out best meal all week.

El servicio excelente. El lugar no me pareció muy agradable, y los ravioles estaban bien, pero muy cremosos, por lo que sabian mucho a crema y se perdió el sabor del ravioli
The best meal we’ve had in Cancun. Our waiter was well informed, helpful & personable. Our shrimp-stuffed calamari appetizer was delicious & creative, the salads beautifully displayed & tasty. My husband’s steak was cooked to perfection. The pasta carbonara was just as described...”we do it the right way.” Perfection! Just like the carbonara in Florence.

Excellent service by Felipe. We had caprese salad and another traditional salad. Both very good. 4 different entrees spaghetti cabonara, seafood linguine, lasagna and a gluten free pasta meal. All were excellent. We will definitely be back.

Cenacolo has been one of the finest restaurants in Cancun for over 20 years. Excellent food all over the menu. Incredible service from Felipe our waiter and his team. Looking forward to next visit.
Everything was impeccable from the risotto to the main course. We wanted to eat more, we just didn’t have it in us.
The white pasta with shrimp zucchini asparagus scrumptious. Pear and avocado salad fresh! Chocolate lava cake flavor explodes get it!
Our favorite Italian restaurant anywhere outside of Italy!!We rarely eat Italian food in the United States anymore because we have been spoiled by Cenacolo where we eat several times when we travel to Cancun and Playa del Carmen Mexico every year.
Don’t miss the Black Guitar String Spaghetti (con mariscos) and the Spaghetti Alla Matriciana (mixed tableside in a wheel of Pecorino cheese). Save room for the chocolate soufflé—which should be ordered with your , entree, as it take 30 minutes to prepare :))

Best restaurant in Cancun, in our opinion. Simple, yet tasty. Beautiful atmosphere, attentive service. Carbonara & shrimp risotto were both incredible. We’ll be back again during this trip!
My wife and I had dinner there on Monday night.. The location near the shopping mall is excellent overlooking the lake. Beautiful sunset location. Good food and service for a reasonable prive.
Excellent food, ambiance
We have eaten at Cenacolo in past years and have always enjoyed their excellent Italian pasta and seafood dishes. We are happy to see that our favorite Cancun restaurant is now open at their new location on the Lagoon closer to La Isla. Open Table needs to update their location under map directions as the map indicates they are still at their old location next to Casa Rolandi - And not at their new location!
I visited twice during my stay. The first time the service was outstanding. This time I felt like the wait staff either had too many tables or something else happening.
Wonderful meal, great service. This was our fourth visit in 3 weeks and we'd keep going if we didn't have to go home. Cenacolo has always been our "go to" restaurant in Cancun. Gustavo was our server for all of our visits and he is excellent! Can't wait to come back next year!

Amazing food, so much choice on the menu, I wanted everything! Staff were great, service was very good and the extra touch for my girlfriends birthday was very thoughtful.

Another fantastic meal! Third visit this year and going back in two days. This is our favourite restaurant in Cancun and has been for over ten years. As usual our waiter, Gustavo, was exceptional.
