It was amazing! Went here with my girlfriend for Valentine’s Day and it was moderately packed but the service was still great, the food was amazing, tried a horchata de melon for the first time and it was fantastic. We loved the place

Incredible. Our favorite Mexican place. Outdoor seating is great. Lots of heaters and a few fire pits make it a comfortable and warm experience. Definitely the nicest outdoor dining in Bethesda.
Food is very good and reasonably priced.
Since Nahum has become bar manager the drinks are superb wirh some very unique cocktails .

This has become one of my favorite restaurants in Bethesda. The molcajete is incredible. It is a enough to share with 3-4 people. The margaritas are good and inventive. Nahum, the bar manager, has done an incredible job with the drink menu. Service is fantastic very attentive and friendly staff. The restaurant has done a good job with heaters and a fire pit to try to keep patrons warm.

Food & service were both wonderful! Beef tongue & ceviche were delicious. Highly recommend.

Outdoor seating and ambiance were outstanding, well thought out, spacious, and warm with multiple heaters. Great service, really good food, especially the corn tortillas used to make tacos. Will be back!

I had been hearing good things about Casa Oaxaca and, I knew I had to try it. It did not disappoint. The ceviche was outstanding, tacos were great with a good variety of different margaritas. But the Nutella filled churros stole the show. I think we just found our new neighborhood Mexican spot.

The restaurant incorrectly reported to OpenTable that we were a no-show.

Be warned - Hours of operation are different than those stated on the OpenTable app. The restaurant was supposed to be open till 10, we showed up at 9 for our reservation only to be told they had already closed.

I have nothing bad to say about this place. The food was really good, the drink was perfect, the server was very friendly and the ambiance with the outdoor seating was nice. I will definitely go back.

Had never been to Bethesda, had a hankering for Mexican food. We found Casa Oaxaca on Open Table. We were pleasantly surprised that the food was authentic Mexican, and really good, too. Additionally, service was great!

If you’re gluten free, you can’t eat the chips! They fry a few batches in the morning to avoid cross contamination, but if you don’t get there early enough, they may be gone. All the tacos are gluten free except for one.

Amazing food! And great drinks

The food was good and the service was excellent. The ambiance is like Chipotle almost cafeteria style which we did not care for.

Service was very friendly and prompt! Food and drinks were great too. We had steak fajitas and combo fajitas. Had frozen passion fruit margaritas that were delicious.

Great outdoor restaurant during the pandemic.

My husband and I had our first experience eating at a restaurant since March (or February?) last week when we ate outside at Casa Oaxaca. We ordered the fajitas and enchiladas, both of which were outstanding. I also had a classic margarita (which was solid but not amazing) and my husband had some kind of liquor flight. We got an order of churros to go and enjoyed them at home because it was starting to rain.

Only some of the outdoor seating is covered, which is fine and definitely feels a little safer. Service was excellent and food was delicious. Would definitely return!

Set an on the patio and enjoyed the fresh air, good service, good margaritas, and very good food. Pricing is a bit expensive given the portion sizes, nonetheless, very solid authentic Mexican food.

We went for dinner the last weekend before the restaurants in Maryland all had to close because of the corona virus. There were few customers, which was good because our waiter gave us more personal attention than might have otherwise been the case. Casa Oaxaca is an upscale Mexican restaurant emphasizing that Mexican province, where the chef is from. We split a salad, and I had fajitas, my wife had an assortment of tacos. Everything was excellent. The salsa accompanying the chips was very interesting, with a unique almost smoky flavor. The mole was also excellent and very authentic. I would recommend this place to anyone. I hope it can withstand the downtime because of the virus.
