Casa Maria Grill

Casa Maria Grill was my favorite place in Tulum that we went to for dinner! They made my birthday dinner very romantic and even brought out a piece of cake and played birthday music in the background, so thoughtful. The food was amazing as well. My favorite dish were the shrimp tacos, wow! Definitely visit this place while you’re in Tulum.

Such a great experience and they gave us celebratory drinks for our 10 year friendship anniversary!

Nobody was here to welcome us. Food was mediocre. Service was terrible. We had to ask 5 times for water ... it never arrived. We decided to leave because of that! And had to wait 20min to get the check. It just felt like nobody was taking care of the place ... it’s a shame because it’s a beautiful spot :/

Incredibly bad service!
We got there at 9:20pm and we’re told we could not get a table outside on the sand because they would shutdown that area in 20 minutes (few tables available). After we left people were still at those tables.
We asked in the beginning if we could pay with credit cards and they said no because the WiFi was off. So we had to pick from the menu whatever the cash we had allowed us to. Out of curiosity I asked another waiter for the WiFi password and ... it was working!!!
The waiter had his mask under his chin when he brought us the cocktails. (We had the masks on every time he stopped by).
The grilled octopus was supposed to come with rosemary potatoes. It came with rice. The waiter started arguing with me about it after we finished saying there were potatoes!
At the end I demanded to talk to the manager. He apologized for everything and said I could pay with credit card because the machine just came back on! He said the grilled octopus would be on the house. I declined and paid for everything in cash. The experience was already beyond ruined!

Drinks couldve been a little better but overall great food and vibe

Nuestra reservacion no aparecio en el restaurante y quedamos sin donde irnos la noche del ano nievo. nos ofrecieron una mesa, oscura, al lado de la cocina atraz sobre arena. Lo cual no aceptamos

Enjoyed the food. Heard good things about the drinks. Definitely the place if u enjoy dining by the beach. The sky looked incredible with the waves around. They put out the right music to harmonize everything. Good place to enjoy food and have easy conversations.

Lugar en la playa, muy caro para lo que ofrece.

Perfect dinner for our anniversary. Watched the sunset over the water. Very friendly service. We ate right on the beach. Amazing drinks and delicious food.

Service was excellent. Our waiter Ever was super nice and very helpful, super fluent in English.
Place is nice and cocktails are great. But food, honestly one of the worst of my life. Ceviche peruano was horrible, fish was old and smelly and of course the taste was terrible. We had the mango tanto salad and we've had better in cheap buffets. Chicken mole was so dry ... Ay no ... And the rice, terrible. The only good thing was that the prawns were cooked correctly, taste was good.
Definitely we'll never come back for dinner. Maybe only for drinks and snacks at their beach club. It's a shame, the place is pretty and cost.

Cute, cozy place it is perfect for a date night.
Food and staff are amazing also.

Salsa dancing was fun, food great, a little loud where I was sitting.
