Welcome to Carve Kitchen + Meatery, a premium casual dining experience in a bright and inviting space. Specializing in exceptional steaks, our menu goes beyond with everything from succulent chicken dishes to enticing vegan offerings. Incredible venue with gorgeous views over the golf course. Prix Fixe menu is excellent value and easy to just the perfect amount of food. We will be recommending this restaurant and will return again soon

Food, wine and service were great. Wish there was a bit more variety of wine on the list and the ability to order different size glasses vs 5oz or a bottle. The music was a bit intense and base heavy. Dinner was lengthy which was fine, but the repetitive heavy beats started bothering me and I was ready to leave by the end. It was our anniversary so the waiter brought out an extra treat and card. It was a nice thought, but the card was very unnecessary. We had told our waiter we were so full we could not finish our dessert and then they brought out more food we could not eat. It just felt wasteful.

Three of the four people at our table experience the prefix menu and all thought it was pretty good value for money with tasty offerings. The other person ordered from the main menu and had the tartare and the pork chops. The tartare with the deep fried potato skins was phenomenal, the pork chop was good. Service was excellent. While not the cheapest place for dinner, prices are not out of line with other five star venues. We returned for breakfast, and the menu is pretty standard fair for breakfast, food was good, but we thought the prices were exorbitant.

The lighting levels were too high around the tables on the outside windows. The overall experience was really good. Nally no complaints with the service or the quality of the product.

We had a fantastic dinner and excellent service! We did the pre fix menu and everything was great! Our server was so friendly and helpful! The crème brule was one of the best I’ve ever had!

It was my husband and my anniversary, the staff were great. They presented us with a signed card from all the staff and little macaroons to enjoy. Salomon was an excellent server looking after any of our needs. The room is elegant yet modern, the cuisine was wonderful. We would definitely come again.
