Folks, this place is LOUD. I do not mean "energetic", I mean too loud to hear someone right next to you without screaming. The decibel reader app on my phone was consistently over 90 - as loud as a lawnmower and causing hearing loss. My ears were ringing for several hours after we left. Our server was wonderful, the food was great, but I would never go there again. Carson's - please install some sound-deadening acoustical panels on the ceiling, some curtains at the windows, or something else to help absorb the sound.

The food and the service were both outstanding. We were seated on the porch and although it is a lovely space the acoustics were very disheartening. We were not able to carry on a conversation because of the noise all around us. We will definitely go back to the restaurant but will ask to not be placed on the patio. That is very sad for me because I do love a good patio and the sunshine. We just couldn't tolerate the noise.

We celebrated our anniversary at Carson’s and had filet medallions with scallops. It was phenomenal!!! They gave us a dessert for our anniversary and we had the flourless chocolate torte. It was also excellent!!! I have to eat gluten free, but I had plenty of choices. We had the goat cheese appetizer and they had a gluten-free flatbread as an option for me. Kyle was our server and he did an excellent job!

Great experience, good food, excellent service... the only reason for the lack of more stars is the noise level, which my understanding has improved but it's still a bit loud in the main dining area. My wife and I had to lean into each other quite a bit to have dinner conversation. Great place however, and I would definitely recommend...

We always enjoy our time at Carson’s. The food was amazing and we celebrated my birthday with our kids. The manager and server were amazing and treated us like family. It’s the only restaurant I’ll go out to in a snow storm.
