My friends birthday celebration and it was her first time! The happy hour prices are great! Service and food were good! Manager is a delight!
Pasta dishes are always very good. However, the mahi mahi filet was dry and not very flavorful.
We had our college aged daughter back in town and decided pasta was a safe bet during Lent. It took 20+ minutes to get water. We asked for more hot water for my tea 3x. We asked or our salads/soups to go but 3/4 came anyway. The one that didn’t come out we had to ask multiple times for at the end of the meal. Although it was Friday evening, the bar area was practically empty and the dining room had a lot of vacant tables. There is no excuse to take over 2 hours on what should have been a one course dinner. There was one table with a small group and it was obvious the waiter’s interest was the bigger “return” table. We still tipped because we felt obligated but it was absolutely a pitiful experience.
Seated quickly. Great staff! Food was over salted and I couldn’t finish it.
As usual, well prepared, fairly priced food, served by friendly people.
Understaffed. Horrible service. Cold food.
The service was terrible tonight and when our food came out it was cold. We sent it back and it was returned to us only very slightly warmer than it was originally. I can imagine Christmas Eve is a tough night to get people to work but there must be a better way to ensure service is decent.
Horrible service. Sat me in bar area where a very rowdy loud crowd was. I had 4 diff servers. I had to ask for bread, server seemed surprised. I asked what the cheese was on a dish. I was promised it wasn't a soft cheese. It came and it was a soft cheese and it was goat!! Weirdest combo. I brought to attn of one of the servers. He took it back and later delivered the correct dish. Noise was so over the top and it was so cold in there I just wanted to get out of there. Bill came, charged for both pasta dishes. Overall experience was miserable. Will never go back.
Our server was in the weeds - very busy, but not sure why. Not many tables there.
Be careful if you have Celiac’s. I’m normally not as sensitive as most, but I ordered the gf pasta with the fettuccine carraba and I’m pretty sure it was NOT gluten free, as I got sick soon after arriving home. Was sick the rest of the evening. I made it very clear that it was an allergy, though at the end of the day, it was my risk. We rarely eat out, so was disappointed.
Our server Dillon was excellent. We always enjoy the food and the happy hour prices.
Good food at reasonable prices and nice menu selection.
The restaurant stated they didn't have my Open Table reservation. I showed them the online reservation # as well. They were able to seat me. this is the first time I have used open table and a restaurant claimed such reservation was not in their system
They gave us chopped steak instead of fillet and the mashed potatoes were old. The bartender used scotch instead of bourban in one of our drinks. The cannoli cake was very good but everything else was unremarkable. They also told us they couldn’t take our reservation. They said they only do phone ahead so we had to wait for a table.
I love Carrabba’s Chicken Paul. So yummy and I can can only eat half of it. Great leftover!
Restaurant is dirty
Salad greens were frozen, did not taste good
Items were substituted without informing diners of the change ahead of time
Food was cold
They were sweeping up around our table
Waiter did try his best
My husband and I came in to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The food was delicious and the staff were very nice. We have received a special treat as a gift- a bottle of Prosecco. We also took advantage of the $10 special for the take home dinner. We definitely recommend and cannot wait to return.
Negative(s):
- Ordered two Peroni beers, but only received one, as the keg apparently ran out (and there was no more?); So had to get an alternative.
- Ordered two scampi damian dishes, and both had a lot of pepper/spices in them... Way too much, which made it a bit overwhelming and hot. I'll still eat the leftovers, but strongly recommend the cook(s) cut back on the amount of pepper/spices used, if possible.
Positive(s):
- All other food items were delicious!
- Food was served hot and fresh!
- Waiter was quick and friendly (though he seemed a bit new).
This was my second time at this location. While we had a couple issues with the scampi damian dishes (which we did not voice to our waiter), I will still go back.
Don't make a reservation here, it only ends up putting you on a waiting list. The hostess knew nothing about this only commented "we don't take reservations". You do get notified in the fine print in the confirmation email. But seriously, select a reservation time only to get put on a list? Much better local Italian food in the area, this chain is off my list for good!
We were disappointed on our last visit. Pasta was overdone; not al dente. We informed waitress. No feedback from kitchen. Service was slower than normal. We may return.
I would give them a second chance as it has always been my favorite restaurant when I lived in Florida. Food was not as good as I am used to. Waiter did not bring requested items to our table until asked twice.
Food was good and relatively quick but service was very slow.
This is a nice place to eat. The zucchini fries had too much oil. The service allowed us to change for soup.
Always a solid meal and efficient service
The food was delicious as I had the spaghetti and meatballs in a meat sauce. I paired it with an Italian salad and Pierre sparkling water. My wife had a dark Italian wine and ravioli. She also had the chicken soup. We enjoyed the ambiance and service. Our waitress was quite good and ensured we wanted or needed nothing, we will return to this well run restaurant again.
Soup was passable: not many veggies in it and they were overcooked rather than fresh. Main courses were okay but couldn't pass for fresh and authentic Italian food. Service was fine. Overall, dinner was okay but disappointing as I remember Carrabba's food tasting much better in the past.
Thanks for handling our large group. Waiter was very efficient.
Food came way too quick, had the appetizer, salad and entree all at the same time. Food was OK but things like the broccoli was mush and the mash potatoes had way too much garlic. Prices were not too bad but not worth the poor food.
Reunion !! Great food... great service... for sure a 10+
Always reliable service and excellent food
Music too loud. Can't hear my conversation. Thank you.
