    The restaurant was busy but my wife & myself were seated quickly. We were shortly asked if we would, like anything to drink & eat. Everything with regards the meal was fine.

    I do wish they’d do sliced avocado instead of smashed. Husband absolutely gutted they no longer do tomato juice - could mean the end of our breakfasts there on Sundays which is sad but first world problems eh?

    We had a lovely meal and our waiter Harry was great. The food was delicious, service was excellent and a lovely atmosphere for a Friday lunch.

    An excellent meal served by friendly professional staff only comment found it strange there was a dog walking round without a lead but having said that it wasn’t any trouble .

    Friendly and attentive staff. Only reason to not give top marks was that there was quite a delay to receiving our order (possibly because of peak Christmas shopping time). We couldn't relax as had to leave earlier than intended due to other appointment). Staff very apologetic. We would still go back.

    Food was ok but nothing special, although servers were attentive we felt somewhat rushed so not as relaxed as should be

    We went to Carluccio's for a family member's birthday and the staff were very kind and welcoming. The food was delicious too. It was my first time visiting and I'd definitely go again. Thank you!
