   Nothing innovative or unusual, but traditional dishes are well prepared. Service was friendly and professional.

   Not a good first impression. Salads were tasty; could have had more dressing. Presentation was nice. My lasagna arrived cold and there was nobody around to tell. The waitress delivered the food and never came back to check how things were. We tried to get the attention of another waiter but that did not work.I had to go to the hostess to tell her that the lasagna was cold. I would have dealt with warm...this was cold. Then after 10 minutes I had to go back to the hostess and tell her I never got my food. Everyone else was finished eating when someone else delivered the lasagna to the table. The food was then so overheated the lasagna fell and was kind of smooshed/not as thick as it was to start. When the waitress finally came back at the end of the meal I told her what happened and she just said sorry. No manager, nothing taken off the bill or a dessert offered for inconvenience. The hostess did say ask if we wanted to talk to a manager but it was awkward and we felt it should not be up to the customer but the restaurant to take care of its guests. When the bill came we were overcharged and had to get that fixed. Don't love having to use valet parking at a suburban restaurant on a week night when the lot had enough spaces for us to just park ourselves, having to tip adds to the cost of the evening out. The food was good so I was being generous giving 3 stars but it was not a great experience for an evening out.

   A little pricey but delicious! Valet parking wa little confusing- we didnt know where to go or if we could just park.

   Seems like our server was inexperienced but she was very nice and pleasant.

   The table for two was the smallest table I ever sat at. The table next to us was so close you couldn’t help being distracted by their conversation. It was really warm inside. I felt like a packed sardine! The eggplant Parmesan with a side of cavatelli was not good. The eggplant was mostly breading and the skin was very tough to chew. The pasta sauce was very acidic. The best part of my meal was the glass of wine. Waitress was nice but didn’t come back with parmesan for our pasta until we nearly done with our meals. First and last time dining there!

   Food is always, ALWAYS great but the noise level needs to be addressed. The tin ceilings in one area, the concave ceiling in another & no curtains/fabric on the large window in the westerly room, all contribute to the noise issue in my opinion. There’s an almost constant loud clanging of dishes. As I said, the food is GREAT but the owners should address the acoustics

   Hot and crowded. Lighting was tabletop lamp so bright that the light raked across the plates making it difficult to see the food.

   We will definitely be back! Gracious and attentive staff. Our entrees were amazing! Tiramisu is luscious!
