    Service was excellent. Both the chili chicken and butter chicken were a bit salty. Everything else was top notch!

    They seem to have lost their charm since relocating. The food feels overpriced, and the taste no longer justifies the cost. This used to be one of my favourite restaurants in Calgary, but it doesn't feel the same anymore. Writing this review is disheartening, but I don't think I'll return for the food. However, the drinks are fantastic and will keep me coming back for those.

    Really very good service and staff. Very attentive and able to help and make suggestions. We requested a table move, which they were happy to accommodate. Food was everything we hoped it would be - fresh, delicious and decent portions. This was our second time here and there will a third! Thank you!

    We had the most wonderful experience during our Happy Hour Dinner last night. We had a 15 month toddler with us and everything was amazing. We will definitely be back!!!! Thank You to your brilliant team.

    Our first experience at Calcutta and we will be back! The food was fantastic and extremely filling, but the real prize of the night came in the form of our server, Sudhanshu. I wish every server could be like him. He took time to tell us about authentic Indian cuisine and how his mother makes it in North India. We left Calcutta in love with the food and we learned something new about India in the process. He was outstanding. Thanks Sudhanshu for the fantastic experience. You made our evening. Lance & Jen

    My husband and I went for our Anniversary and it was such an amazing atmosphere and food. We tried the Taste of Calcutta and it gave us a bit of everything. Every dish that came out was so delicious. I recommend this to everyone whether you want to just have appetizers or a really nice romantic dinner night. The service is spectacular and our servers not only made us feel comfortable but also told us in detail regarding the dishes. Thank you so much!

    First time for all 4 of us. Loads of naturally Gluten Free options. Our server suggested we share dishes from each menu category so that we experience all the flavors so we tried PAPRI CHAAT (with the crispy naan topping on the side so to be GF) CHUTNEY TASTER MALAI CHICKEN BEEF BOTI KEBAB ZARREIN'S PRAWNS PHULKOPI'R DALNA BASMATI We enjoyed all of the dishes as they were so tasty. Our favorite chutney was the mango. Also served a side of raiti(yogurt with chili oil) so good. Would definitely recommend

    Very glad to find this Jem in our city.. We tried the Taste of Calcutta, which opened up our palate to different tastes which we normally would not try or order. Overall a great night out and wonderful experience ! One comment, the main curry's where not spicy enough, maybe have your servers ask for a spice level when ordering, not all Westerns are afraid of a little spice !! Thanks for the great service, we will be back !
