   another good experience at the N. Olmsted BT. The expanded apps list is nice and it's nice to see new things on the menu. Brandon was an excellent server; informative, friendly, and timely.

   The shrimp tacos and tots are excellent. But I asked for the southwest chicken salad without red onion and black beans, but it came also without tomatoes and corn. The chicken should be nice big strips, not shredded! Won’t order that again.

   The atmosphere and the waitress was good. The food was ok. I ordered the salmon and either the rice sat for a while or I don't know what, but it was hard/dry and crunchy. The veggies were sort of warm. I had booked a reservation for mother's Day and this was my first time being here. Nice place but overall, we paid too much for food that was mediocre.

   We have dined at Burntwood before & has been very good overall, but today just did not go well overall. As we made a reservation for 3 with Mother's Day brunch. When we checked in, mind you after making a reservation, we still waited for 20 minutes to be sat. After we were sat, our service for a brunch was very good! Until we got into the buffet line, which took us 12 minutes to get through, as the way it was setup was not conducive at all for a buffet line. Majority of the hot food in the chafers were luke warm to cool, with the exception of the omelet & carving stations. Food runners had to go through customers in the buffet line to refill food, if you ended up getting an omelet, it held up the buffet line even more. Selection of food was decent overall, but we will never book a reservation for a buffet there again. Would certainly go back for the everyday menu though.

   We had a reservation, yet it still took 15 minutes to be seated. The four hosts were extremely rude, not just to us, but also to others arriving and waiting for the buffet. Thankfully, our server was very polite and helped improve an otherwise frustrating start. Unfortunately, the buffet lines were overwhelming. We spent nearly half of our time in the restaurant just waiting in line. That was especially challenging with a small child, as the adults had to take turns going up. This was our third Mother’s Day at this restaurant, but after this experience, we’ll likely be trying somewhere new next year.

   We have been to Easter and Mother’s Day brunch for the last 4yrs. Today was the 1st time it was chaotic and overly packed. We had to wait 30 mins for our seating reservation. The wait line for for took nearly 35 mins the 2 times I went up. The food was very good, but I’ve never seen it so loud and busy like this before.

   Went for Mother's Day brunch and the food was amazing. Had a wide variety of both breakfast and lunch food and a variety of desserts. Everything was great!

   The service was great and the food was good for a buffet, however, for the price, people shouldn't have been waiting in a line for the buffet out the door for over 20 min. It lacked organization.

   Mother’s Day brunch was fantastic! The food was absolutely wonderful and the staff did their best with the large amount of people they had. We had prompt and attentive table service but they did have quite the line for the buffet. They did what they could, but it was worth the wait for the quality of food received. Reservations were necessary and we did see people turned away if they didn’t have them! Would have been nice to have a price category for children under 3 since all my 2yo ate was a bunch of cantaloupe. Overall a great experience and a wonderful time!

    Loved the new menu! We were one of many large parties dining at the time, they were very busy that night but service was still good as always. Would definitely recommend!
