The food was delicious as usual, but the service was not what we expected. there was only 1 server that night and 4 large tables. We were a table of 7, so we understood and had patience. The server seemed bothered and tired anytime we ordered anything. We did not appreciate his service.

We felt we were rushed through our dinner…..even though we had requested that our salad be served first and our entree second, they were served very close to each other. We had ordered a bottle of wine to enjoy over a leisurely dinner; however ended up drinking after our dinner…..our time in the restaurant was less than one hour. We are also not happy with some of the menu changes……catering only to large groups and not groups of two…..for example the Bruschetta…now only available “super sized”. No option to order for a couple.

It was the BEST DINING EXPERIENCE I've had since they destroyed our industry!! The food was excellent but our server, Senay, was professional with a really personal touch, he was on it all night!! Even the kitchen was friendly and made us feel great!!

Absolutely love this family style restaurant! In addition to the quaint ambiance, the aromas and tastes left us with a sense that we were experiencing authentic home cooking in Italy. We had a superstar server who was also managing the bar but remained attentive to our needs.

too much food - might as well be the heart attack grill - but yummy - Valentine special eapic salad good cheese bread great lasagna epic ( will return for that) Biggest problem is the ambience unfortunately there are many seats located right next to the kitchen and it’s extremely noisy and tough to have a conversation otherwise if they’re very fun place to go Oh and wine is $10 per glass for a legit 4 oz pour

I'm going to attempt to keep this review as positive as possible. I'm just not sure I'll have the ability to. I will say to start off that the best part of our evening was the quiet ambience. No loud neighbors or loud music to contend with. That helped with the progression of conversation throughout the evening. Our server was a bit on the larger side (although I'm not judging that issue), so fitting inbetween patrons between tables was a challenge for both the server and myself. I couldn't get any closer to the table, on my own. Had plenty of help from my server in attempt to suck in more as she passed me some 30 times. I wouldve understood the unluckiness of the situation, but there was an aisle (between my date and the wall) that had a much bigger avenue to travel in. She didn't choose to use that avenue which befuddled my date and I. Price of our meal was decent if the food had been fresh. Our food was not fresh and we left a good portion of it on the table. Tasted as if it were heated by a heat lamp (or it had been sitting under one for an hour or so). No thank you! When I made reservations two weeks in advance, I simply asked for a booth. Guess what? We were sat at a long table to be shared with other patrons. When I asked about this, I was told there were no booths available. Funny thing is that we passed 3 booths that were clean and ready. Hmmm! I chose BdB because I had previously eaten at one in Hawaii. I was really impressed with that one! This one in Vegas?? Sorry, I will not be returning. Valentines Day was not a date night that I wanted to have messed up. BdB didn't accommodate very well at all. I wouldn't be writing this if they had stood by my reservation instead of send me excuses why it couldn't happen. If we had just walked in, I wouldve understood, but 2 week reservations should be plenty to be able to accommodate! Good luck to you if you choose to dine here! Hope they treat you better than my date and I.

Alfredo sauce tastes like just like Ragu. I don't recommend getting any of their white sauce. Olive Garden and Red Lobster tastes better, and at half the price. The Chicken Parmigiano was absolutely delicious! Mozzarella garlic bread wasn't worth the price. Barely any cheese on the bread. The service was amazing. Server deserved every bit of the tip.

We always have a great experience at this Las Vegas Buca di Beppo. The bartender, Brittany does a great job recommending drinks for my wife and me. When the family joins we are promptly seated. This time we were served by the Darth Vader Waiter, aptly named for his mask choice. he was attentive, making recommendations and checking on us promptly thru our meal. Food, as always, was consistently good. The menu has been shortened due to Covid, but that was to be expected.

It was definitely too much for what we got, only 3 of us and over $170 for lunch, ouch, and nothing fancy or alcoholic beverages.

We had a wonderful server who took such great care of us! We never had to ask for drink refills, more bread, boxes,… she was always on top of it. Really made the dinner experience for us. Food was great as always and love the restaurants ambiance.
