Specials listed on the website were not available. Lasagna had very little meat and was mostly cheese and pasta. The mashed potatoes were cold.

Our server, Eduardo,was 5 star! His recommendations on the entrees were incredible and he was very pleasant and the degree of attention to our needs was perfect! We thoroughly enjoyed the beef medallions and the salmon entree was both beautiful and delicious! We love Brio at Cherokee! NEVER any complaints!

The bolognese sauce was simply terrible. Not only did it not look appetizing, it tasted the same .

Reserved for two at 7pm. Super busy night I know but ordered 2 entrees off menu, no apps, no salads, no modifications requested. 40 minutes later we received our food. Sarah was great in keeping us updated on our order status. Our meal was free due to casino rewards. Food was good, not great but until the staffing issues are resolved we won't be back. I definitely would not recommend this location to anyone who is diabetic.

Our waitress was almost non existent. My husband ordered a Negroni to drink and she said “i think we can make that” and what came out was definitely not a Negroni. By the time she finally came back and we sent drink back in exchange for a glass of wine, he didnt get his wine until we were almost done with the meal. I was never asked if we wanted another drink either. The pasta was very bland. My chopped salad was the best thing but hard to mess up a simple salad. We come here every year for our Anniversary and make reservations or eat at the bar every single time but this time the experience was very disappointing. We wont be back to dine here. Actually all the service in entire casino this time was not good at all. Hard to get good customer service anywhere anymore
