All I have to say is the service is very terrible. You probably have to sit for atleast an hour without no one attending to you, even when they are obviously not busy. Very nonchalant staffs. Asides that, they probably the only shisha lounge that opens till late in Canary Wharf.

Everything is great but I wish service was a little better — it’s just a bit slow, have to chase for things but they are friendly.

The overall place was nice and the staff were really friendly. Unfortunately the food was really poor, the pizzas had no flavour whatsoever.

Everything about this place is great but the service is so slow and I have been coming at least 5+ more times a month and on my last visit I had to wait nearly 45 minutes for a coal change. Is that acceptable???

Service was very slow , not many staff had to wait ages to order drinks and get our seesha sorted . Pizza was dry like they didn’t add any tomato purée on the base was chicken based . I’ve been a few times not been this bad in service.

Great atmosphere with DJ and saxophonist playing. Amazing food, cocktails and shisha. Friendly staff. We were surprised with free shots of limoncello. Would definately come back
