Es un espacio muy bonito, pero no le sacan el mejor provecho: es simple y le falta “calor de hogar”. Va La comida deja mucho qué desear, no tiene realmente el corazón de la comida española. El servicio es bueno, así como el ambiente en general.

We've been to Bolero about a dozen times now and have never been disappointed. The potato croquets, brussel sprouts and sea bass are amazing as usual. There desserts are just good, but the Spanish are not known for there desserts. Outside is really nice if the weather is nice. Inside is beautiful but smells like paella. The service is impeccable.

We had a wonderful experience. Our wait staff-Matthew was outstanding. My Seabass was incredible.

The good: Paella, Spanish sliders, Bottle of Spanish Wine we bought - Entry level Pingus, Views The mediocre: Fried potatoes, Octopus, Service, Bolero Wine The bad: In reservation we told them it was special occasion. We got sat next to service area It was just an okay experience given the positive reviews. I wouldn't go back.

Truly an exquisite experience. The food was incredible. I ordered the Caesar Salad to start. Served very differently; the finely chopped salad was served in Jicama wrapped leaves. Excellent!! My boyfriend started with the Lentil soup; very flavorful. I had the Skirt Steak he had the Halibut. An absolute must to go back to. Service was completely on point. Very friendly staff and lovely ambience.

Bolero is a beautiful restaurant in the Europe village in Temecula wine country. We ordered Carne Asada, Gambas with spaghetti, mushrooms, green salad, a cheese tray; everything was perfectly served and delicious. The waiters were excellent and we had a great time.

Our server Keith was outstanding. The food not so much. For $61 the paella was tasty but they cheap out on the shrimp and steak. If you like lots of expensive rice then you’re ok. Same thing with the Caesar salad, small but tasty. Keith was great and chose a nice bottle of wine for us for a good price.
