Food was great! Service was a bit slow but we really enjoyed the evening there. We will deff be back again!

Excellent beers, excellent food, excellent service. Genuinely couldn’t fault it and the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating (even with two young children in tow). Very grateful for a fantastic Easter Sunday lunch. Thanks BOBs.

We had a great time at BOBs. The service was great and the food was delicious. Definitely will going back next time we are in Surfers Paradise.

The food was expensive, and more like pub food quality. While I would not come back from a meal, definately for drinks and snacks. Great beer and nice atmosphere.

Couldn’t fault a thing

Up from Melbourne on holidays came across BOB liked the sound of menu so booked in for Dinner and absolutely loved everything about the place. Food, wine, decor, lighting, the vibe, the staff, the back ground Jazz all amazing. Unfortunately the Kitchen closed before we could order dessert. Disappointed that we weren’t informed that the kitchen was closing. Staff not attentive enough in asking if we needed another drink, had to get there attention. Looking forward to going to BOB when they come to Melbourne.

Have been to Bob Beers a number of time and really enough my time there, the staff are very nice, the food is great. Bob Beers is setting the standard for restaurants in Surfer Paradise, well done guys.

Blown away by the food - had the rib eye steak, amazing. the vegetables were exceptional too.

Amazing menu, very unique food, beers are great and the outside atmosphere is great. The traffic can get loud with sreaming bikes and cars but thats just Surfers you would get that anywhere. The staff are highly professional and very friendly.

Bobs is such a slick operation. It’s a very Brisbane feel in a comfortable ambient setting with an awesome sound system and a varied interesting and delicious menu. Our french waitress gave us beautiful service. Well done Bobs!

Food was excellent and our table was located so we could be inside and view outside. Staff were friendly and the beers were great to explore. Highlight was our meals as they were presented beautifully and tasted great.

Outstanding food with that little twist to take it to the next level - impeccable service too!

Overall this was a lovely experience. The food was amazing and we would go back just for that. The service was not great but I believe they have just opened and it could be a teething issue.
The burger we had was one of their specials and it would be great if they made that a permanent fixture on their menu. Highly recommend getting a few things to try and sharing.
If they get their service and staff up to speed I’d happily give them a 5 star review. The staff were just not super responsive and we had to constantly ask for things like a drink order, our food order and then share plates to put our food on. Other than those small issues it’s a wonderful venue with a very innovative chef. Would happily go again. Also worth noting they do not accept Amex which the staff were unaware of and that was a bit of a pain too.

Meals are high-end, expertly prepared, well priced and very tasty. A wide range of beverages complement the meals. Service is exemplary. We'll be back for sure!

Great place, awesome atmosphere. Marina, the waitress was great and so was the manager, Bruna.

Big mistake to go on the second day of opening. Staff need more training. Service was poor, asked three different staff how much the tasting paddle was and nobody knew or would go find out. Turns out it was $16 for your choice of 4 beers. When it was delivered, the waiter didn’t know what the four beers were, so hard to order more of the beer I liked.

Would suggest an inside table as too much noise from the street.

Went home smelling like beer from the pint that the waiter accidentally dropped down my leg.

Most of the beers I tried were quite nice, so may try again in a month or two once they have had more time to get things running smooth.
