Our guests come here for our award-winning handcrafted beer. They come here for the Southern California twist we've put on the Chicago-style deep dish pizza. The food was below average. Steak seemed to be reheated in the microwave. Had an odd yellow sauce that was greasy. Pizza was lacking sauce and cheese, and was cold. Very expensive meal for what we got and the quality was all around disappointing.

Service was slow. They were probably short staffed. I'm not sure how much was the fault of a lack of kitchen staff. Soup was served to me cold. I sent it back and just asked waitress to microwave it. Otherwise it had a good flavor . I ordered ribs, Thursday night special. they also arrived cold, along with my baked potato. I owned my own restaurant years ago. There is sonly one reason for cold food. It's sitting in the window too long. The ladies restroom was gross. we asked the hostess twice to have someone restock it. We all ordered dessert and it took forever. This is their signature. Surely they would have these standing by. Waitress was friendly and tries to do her best. But we won't rush back.

Server was amazing. She was in great spirits and the kids enjoyed her. The only con was the kitchen taking very long on fries and orders coming out separately. The restaurant wasn’t busy and the food wasn’t to the usual level. We are grateful our server made up for it with her customer service

The hostess dismissive to the extensive being rude. Was seated in 15 minutes after reservation time. food was fine. Server was great. The bathroom was grotesque and looked like a truckstop.

At first, we were given someone else's appetizers, then it was quite some time before our shrimp appetizer came I ordered a rib eye, because they were out of prime rib. I ordered medium but it was well done, i double checked to make sure she took the order as medium and she confirmed. I was very hungry by this time and did not want to wait for another steak, so they took it off the tab.This also took a long time to get and the server apologized for the long wait.

Unfortunately, our experience was pretty poor. Mostly, service is causing this review. Picked this location for a birthday dinner. From not having appetizers to certain entrees and the best one too (avocado eggrolls), then the waitress recommended a different appetizer, and it was just alright. But the issue lies with when the food came out. 3/4 Dishes arrived, and we waited almost half an hour before speaking to the mod for the last dish most of ours had been completed. Waitress said it went to the wrong table, Manger said it was dropped in the kitchen and had to be remade. ( Have a feeling the waitress was lying) We had to wait for 1 person to finish their food. Well, that dish was not comped. The manager offered a free dessert for the whole table. We waited almost another half an hour for that, too. I finally went back up to the manager on duty. And just asked if I could pay the tab so we can go, after waiting another 10 or so minutes for the check I went up to the front and asked the hostess to check me out. They said it HAD to be the waitress that cashed me out. They finally brought the dessert out into go boxes along with the tab. I didn't even want to look handed my card off because I wanted to get my repiet and leave. For a 124$ meal for 4 people, I expected more. Not to mention, the waitress didn't keep up with drinks, either water or soft drinks. I believe the waitress should work for the tip. Meanwhile, I still leftone it was heavy by no means total dining experience was about 2 hours and 45 minutes

Got to the restaurant 5 minutes before our reservation and was told they didn’t show us having a reservation. So I showed them my confirmation on the open table app and they were like we don’t have it and don’t know why. We joined the waitlist and was told it would be another 20-30 minutes. If others in our party were not already on there way we would have left. After being seated at 4:45pm I received a phone call from BJs (same restaurant we had the reservation for) asking if I planned on keeping my reservation? I told them yes and that they already seated us because they couldn’t locate our reservation. She said okay and hung up. Our waitress was trying really hard to be over friendly, but lacked any sense of urgency. Waited several minutes for drinks and to take our order. Then ordered dessert and that took over 20 minutes to arrive. Asked for two to go boxes and was eventually brought 1. Asked for a refill and that took 20 minutes. Finally comes time to pay and again that took forever. Average food and horrible service
