   Waited 20 minutes when we had a reservation to be seated at a table that was meant for 7 people and we fit 9 in. No point in having a reservation if they don’t actually reserve a table for you!

   Our service was terrible. Took an hour for appetizers. We had to ask for everything, water, flatware, and when the food would come. Issues happen sometimes but the server should let you know that there is an issue.

   Food wasn’t well cooked. Our server did not offer anything or ask if we needed to an alternative meal, he just took the whole plate back tot he kitchen. I paid for a meal I didn’t eat.

   Our reserved table was 45 minutes late. The waiter forgot parts of several orders. The pazookies were overcooked.

   At 5:30, the restaurant was out of their Saturday special. Also out of the beer we ordered and the margarita was so icy it didn't have any flavor. I ordered onions and mushrooms, never got them. Just can't understand how you ran out of prime rib in the hour and a half that it was available. Did you only cook one toast?

    In spite of having a reservation we were told there would be an hour plus wait for a table and an unknown wait for a booth (whenever the people who were seated 30 minutes prior left).They stated their 'system' allows reservations to be made even when it is not available?? Many people were unhappy in the lobby. Luckily, they were able to seat us in 10 minutes. Our waitress was attentive however it took an hour and a half to get our food. The manager did come by at one point to apologize and offered free dessert. This was a difficult evening as we had our 1 year old grandbaby with us. We will not return to BJ's.
