El bar y restaurante Birch's se mudó oficialmente a Long Lake. El emblemático edificio en el que se instaló el Birch's albergó en primer lugar al Hansen House en la década de 1960 y luego se convirtió en Billy's Lighthouse, un lugar apreciado por muchos de los habitantes de Long Lake y de las zonas periféricas del oeste.     I can’t say enough how incredible the food and service is here. This is our winter go to spot! Chris is one of the most genuine and original servers we have had anywhere. We make it a point now to request his section if available as his recommendations and style are always on point. We can’t recommend this place enough. Cheers!

    We enjoyed the beer cheese soup, steak frites, sand lobster roll. All very good. Pretty quiet on a Wednesday evening. Great view.

    For years, I have always enjoyed Birch’s for food, service, and atmosphere. This particular night, our server was inattentive and rude. Made fun of me more than once in front of the guests whom I was hosting. Hardly checked on our table and left all eight of us feeling like not wanting to come back. Very disappointing for such a lovely location.

    Great food as usual, the St. Patrick’s Day menu and bloody bar were great. Food was fantastic as usual. Good service and Jeff is always great to chat with, he’s a wonderful guy.

    Great food! Try the Gatherer's salad. They were out of a dish that my husband had ordered, even though they had promised him the last one, and as a result, they upgraded him to an even nicer dish. It was great service!

    Started poorly, Saturday night and could not find a parking spot. It’s Like they force you to use valet parking. 1/2 the lot is reserved for valet. The staff inside was friendly and the service was very good. I wish we could have been seated in a different area we wound up in a small back room with maybe four tables and a big screen tv in the corner showing The Big Bang Theory, WTF! The food and apps very good and reasonably priced. I will return as my guests also agreed they would too. But next time I will request being seated in a different area.
